I was referred to Dr. Liddell by my son's orthodontist. I have to say this office and Dr are exceptional! From scheduling to surgery everything went extremely smoothly. Dr. Liddell had the best bed side manner, which lacks these days. It's hard to read any of these negative reviews as we can't imagine this office being anything but stellar! My son was extremely comfortable, surgery went amazing. They even gave him a blanket and now it's his favorite. I thought it was sweet they even let him pick the music in the room to listen to. I cracked my wisdom tooth in a cycling accident and need it extracted. Dr. Hamilton and his team were great. The intake process was easy, the front desk staff was friendly. Dr. Hamiltons dental assistant was very kind, X-rays went great! They took care of insurance and payment was very smooth. I had anxiety about pain during the procedure but Dr. Hamilton did a great job numbing it up. The whole procedure took less than 20 minutes. Dr. Hamilton is clearly very well trained and I would recommend anyone who needs their wisdom teeth out to go to him. read more

I can't provide enough praise for Colorado Oral Surgery and the extraordinary care provided by Dr. Hamilton. After an end-of-the-week major premolar break, Dr. Hamilton didn't hesitate to fit me in at the last minute, on a Friday, so that I wouldn't have to suffer all weekend long.  From the moment I arrived at their Central Park office, the staff was attentive, caring, and so mindful of my comfort. Everything was so serene. Upon meeting Dr. Hamilton, he explained exactly what was necessary after such a fracture and informed me of just how common the situation was. It's difficult to explain, but the way that Dr. Hamilton detailed the procedure, aftercare, healing process and future procedure gave the impression that he's truly passionate about what he does. And he's so efficient that he doesn't even sit down during the procedure, he stands the entire time! Dr. Hamilton's pain management plan was also carefully thought out and planned to perfection. I can say that from the start of my extraction/bone graft on Friday morning to Sunday evening, I never once felt any discomfort in or near the area.  Colorado Oral Surgery's office is also so well organized and prepared that I left with my own "goody bag." Dr. Hamilton and the staff made sure that I was prepared with extra gauze, prescriptions ready to be filled, an aftercare booklet and lovely lip balm sphere. A week later, I can say that I'm healing magnificently and I look forward to my follow up appointment and final procedure with Dr. Hamilton and his stupendous staff. read more

I've had to get a lot of dental work done over the past few years after a severe jaw injury. Most of my teeth had broken and needed various work done to them in order for me to even be able to eat properly. I have had to have various surgerys from Colorado Oral Surgery and each time it has been very easy and fast. I had 3 teeth extracted over a period of about 2 years as well as needing my wisdom teeth removed and the implants placed. With all of this work done I've had almost no pain during the surgery and afterwards. I even had an emergency with one of my teeth where it had become very infected - the tooth was already diagnosed as needing removal - I called the office and they were able to get me in within a few hours and I had the tooth extrated and the pain was gone immediately. They provide you with proper after care instructions to ensure that you don't get infections, etc. They have follow up appointments to ensure everything is healthy and ready for the next step in the implant process. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Alleman and everyone that has helped/assisted in ensuring my teeth are healthy and I can once again have a full set of teeth. The people who work at Colorado Oral Surgery are very friendly and efficient every time I have had an appointment. I highly reccomend this place if you need to have wisdom teeth removed, implants, etc. read more

Fantastic care, excellent professional service, timely and caring. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Alleman. I wish I had known about him sooner--I could have (probably) avoided a lot of pain! He extracted a molar that my regular dentist was unable to do, and Dr. Alleman did it in less than 30 minutes, without pain! Yesterday he implanted a post so that I could have a crown replace my missing molar, and it was done expeditiously, and again without pain. It is very difficult for a dentist/oral surgeon to impress me (I hate having dental work done!), but Dr. Alleman has done the next-to-impossible: he has impressed me like no other doctor has in my entire (long) life. I can easily recommend Dr. Alleman to my family, friends, and all who need expert care in a timely manner. read more

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Liddell and the team. I had pretty severe TMJ for years, and I was at my wit's end with treatments from other providers that did nothing to help my symptoms. The process to get the surgery was fast, and the actual procedure took about 40 minutes. I can't express how thankful I am in words to have relief of my symptoms after all this time. I would recommend COS to anyone and everyone. The only problem was that my insurance does not cover TMJ related problems and treatments, so it was self pay. (Obviously not an issue with Colorado Oral Surgery, but my insurance company) But 100% worth it and would do it again in a heart beat. Thank you Colorado Oral Surgery. read more

Dr. Hale is the man. I'm not an easy patient by any measure, I get anxious, call too much, and get worked up over small things. Dr. Hale was patient, reassuring, and very professional throughout. Not to mention, he was extremely responsive and adaptive to how my preferred style of care. I had four wisdom teeth removed, two of which were impacted and grown in, and two of which that were maybe 10% away from being impacted. I was in and out in a little over an hour. The post-operation care was great. As mentioned, Dr. Hale was always there to clarify my concerns, was flexible to see me earlier than we scheduled because I was anxious, and was overall was willing to take time outside of typical hours to ensure I was recovering as intended. Beyond Dr. Hale, the whole Team is great. Two weeks out now and the extraction areas are healing very well. I just wrapped up a cleaning and check-up visit with my dentist and she even commented on how well everything was healing. I know oral surgery can be scary - but Dr. Hale makes the whole experience as easy as humanly and professionally possible. Great dude, great practice, exceptional experience. read more

I'm still waiting on a refund of about $1200 from a procedure my daughter had done over 3 months ago. The "estimated patient responsibility", which I paid at the time of service, was based on the office's full price for the procedure, not my insurance's contracted amount. Once I got my EOB from insurance I figured out that the office did not file a pre-authorization to get an accurate estimate of the charges. The billing staff was completely unapologetic when called to follow-up and they just reminded me that it's in the fine print that I signed that they can take 90 days after insurance pays to send a refund check. At this rate, it looks like they intend to hold my money for as long as possible. Read the fine print on your fee quote, verify everything with your insurance, and learn from my mistakes. The doctors and medical staff at Colorado Oral Surgery took good care of my daughter, but I feel their billing practices are questionable at best. read more

I had a tooth extraction on an emergency basis at the first of the year. It was a complicated vertical crack in the tooth that had caused an excruciating abscess. I found the care at Colorado Oral Surgery to be exceptional and reasonable. All the staff is friendly and customer service oriented. Dr. Hale was diligent in his follow-up including providing me with his cell phone number. He would call or text me to make sure I was okay. I was so impressed with this practice that I have had three dental implants done and one of them required lifting the sinus wall - a procedure I wouldn't trust just anyone with! Colorado Oral Surgery is nothing short of a top notch practice. Our experience was made so much easier because of every person in the office from the girls at the front desk, to the nurses, assistants and especially the Drs. The office is beautiful and inviting. The people made us feel like family by the time we were done. Surgery is never easy, especially when it is your child. To find a practice full of surgeon's who care deeply about their patients before, during, and after surgery is rare these days. Dr. Liddell is amazing. My daughter had an extremely complicated surgical case. We had been to 12 doctors in 3 different states before we met Dr. Liddell. His expertise mixed with his kind, caring bedside manner made us feel confident and at ease. He takes the time to explain everything and truly connects with his patients. I was given a estimate of 800 for the extraction of three teeth. I contacted my insurance and was told I was only responsible for 180 dollars. I contacted Co Oral Surgery and told them to obtain a prior authorization for the treatment. They did not do so but because I wanted the extraction done I paid the 800 and figured I would be reimbursed once my insurance paid them. My insurance paid them and I contacted them a week after the payment was received and asked for a refund. I was told I will be refund in 90 days. I am not satisfied with the answers I was given and the payment process was not consistent with what I have experienced at other dental care centers. Also Silvia the person I dealt with is not very pleasant and does not appear to like dealing with people. Which is a shame because as a receptionist at a dental clinic, you deal with people all day. read more
