First time she left wet towels in the closet that had to be thrown out. She also did not dry the bed sheets properly and they were folded wet. We wanted to give her another chance and had her clean again with worse results. Dirty toilet dirty floors dirty counter top. Not sure how is still in business. Hope this helps others.

They did an amazing job and were incredibly responsive, tactful, and professional. It was a large house and a difficult job to tackle, and they did it. If I ever need a cleaning done again in that area this is the one I'm going to.
