Low and behold, this cheery young lady answered the phone. Mental note, good customer service. Next, I asked, "Do you mind if I ask whom I'm speaking to?" Her response was, "This is Ms. Kim, the owner." I let out a sigh of relief. I knew I was in good hands! By the time I completed my order I felt as if I had gained a new friend.
