Angela Garcia and her assistant Jocelyn at Perfectly Bubbly Events were an absolute joy to work with -- and the best way I can describe Angela is that she takes a genuine personal stake in your wedding being a success. We went with the Intimate Package, which officially kicks in 12 weeks out (but you start feeling the warmth and support much earlier). The model is: you find your own venues and vendors, and Angela helps you coordinate everything and bring it all together. If price were no object, I'd have gone for the full package without hesitation -- but this was a fantastic value for what we got. Me and my partner are pretty organized people, but working with Angela gave us a level of peace of mind we couldn't have manufactured on our own. She's like a graduate advisor for your wedding, and a gameday coach. She asked every last question, helped us cross the T's and dot the I's, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. On the day itself, she delivered exactly what she promised: we didn't have to wrangle a single person or stress about logistics. Our only job was to show up and be present. Cleanup at the end of the night was effortless, and the whole event ran as smoothly as I could've hoped. If you're planning your first wedding and feeling the overwhelm -- Angela is the person you want in your corner. It was a pleasure working with Angela as our wedding planner. We selected her based on a recommendation from a friend who had her as a planner. Unfortunately she got sick the day of my friend's wedding; however, her team was able to execute the wedding without a hitch, which goes to show how organized she is. We contracted with her 2 years before our wedding date, and even though we had a lot of time before the big day, she was checking in with us and working on getting the large items checked off our list, like booking the venue. Angela has a lot of energy and also great vendor contacts. I loved working with the DJ and florist she recommended and the rental company was also easy to work with and accommodating. I don't recommend working with this wedding coordinator. She terminated my contract with her suddenly because she demanded that I upgraded my package for sending her emails, even though unlimited emails was included in our contract agreement. When I asked for clarification on how my emails were out of line with our agreement, she stated that "In our recent interactions, it has become clear that this client-business relationship is not a good match. Per the agreement signed on May 28, 2021, Perfectly Bubbly Events reserves the right to terminate the contract at any given time for any given reason. (Please see Clause V.ii in the contract.) This email serves as written notice that Perfectly Bubbly Events will be terminating this agreement, effective immediately." I was aiming to understand the contract information more clearly if I was interpreting it incorrectly, but apparently that was asking for too much. She didn't even attempt to give me a phone call and did it all through email. It makes me question her ability to handle pressure, stress and be a leader if answering this simple question is too much to handle. I work frequently with vendors in my professional job in FAANG big tech and I've worked in the service industry for 5+ in event planning and food service. I'm very familiar with interacting with vendors, contractors as well as making clear contracts and SOWs that are $100,000s+ in services. In addition, her attention to detail is poor. Her list of "verified vetted vendors" is of poor quality. 1/3 of the information is incorrect and leads you to dead links, which is surprising to me considering she does this as a full-time job. She also states that she "partners with these trusted friendors frequently" is not true. I've contact most of them and a number of them said they have never worked with Angela before. I should've been more vigilant; the typos throughout her website and documents should've been a red flag for me to run away. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, so I don't recommend you partnering with this company. You don't get your deposit back because her contract says that she can cancel for any given reason. read more

Angela, Katy and Lisa made my wedding day run smoothly and I can't say enough good things bout them. Throughout the whole planning, Angela made sure everything has been thought of and she took care of all the vendor insurance and communication. On the wedding day, Angela and the team were on top of everything and thought of every single detail. They made sure things were set up, communication for vendor pick up and drop off was thought of, shuttle timing is on time, the whole tear down and organization of the decor. They were so professional in every aspect and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a stress free wedding. All my guests said it went to smoothly and my bridal party kept on saying how PBE was fantastic and super helpful. My wife and I were referred by a close friend, and it was a decision we would never forget. Angela was a true professional, very welcoming, passionate, organized, made us calm, and truly enjoys what she does. Throughout the whole process, she made sure we were we finished tasks as early as possible so we won't stress out. The title of this review says it all!! Angela and her team were absolutely ROCK STARS at our wedding. We found her by a recommendation through our wonderful photographer Namu Williams (who she works with multiple times). She absolutely did it all, just to make our wedding as seamless and stress free as possible. They roll around with a "Oh Crap, I Forgot" suitcase for almost all small emergencies and trust me when I say Angela goes beyond her suitcase to save the day. I mean she even lent my "bride to be" her own bra to save her from a total meltdown. Perfectly Bubbly is such a great wedding coordinating team to work with. They are knowledgable, timely, organized, and provide great recommendations/ideas for the timeline. I highly recommend using them. We only used them for the one month package and they were amazing, I can only imagine what they would have done for us if we hired them way before. If I can sum up one word for Angela's team it would be organized! Angela was a key factor into making sure our day went smoothly. She replies to emails extremely quickly and is also extremely detailed. She set and organized all the decorations for us and she was able to successfully transition the day from the Church to the venue. Planning a wedding during this pandemic was a headache enough for us but with Angela's help it made it easy and smooth on our big day.
