The yoga was a lot different than what we are used to but I dug it. Focus is mainly on Hatha yoga. Although they are in the same building the spa massages seem to belong to a different entity than the yoga. In my opinion yoga is one of the not only exercise, but body practice that you can do for yourself. This is small studio. I have not yet figure out who owns the place, I just know that every instructor truly loves yoga, and loves this place. I have attended about 5 classes at different times and I yet to have the small teacher. Uptown yoga offers classes for beginners and chair yoga. They also offer more advance class. They do have odd hours, but I was handed a class card when I first signed up. They want you to be there, one class on Saturday. They have a 5 or 10 class card or unlimited classes. It is just a great place to practice yoga and make new friends I am honored to have made this my 500th review.
