Do not settle for anything less than Perfectly Posh! They are the most professional and experienced visionaries in the wedding industry. They planned a gorgeous wedding that was tailored to my personality and preferences. Then the pandemic hit and we were forced to cancel everything. It was disappointing that we could not bring the vision to fruition, but I write this review to inform readers that Holly and Katie did NOT leave me in the dust when the pandemic hit. Our contract dissolved since we had to cancel our wedding, and I thought that was the end of our relationship. Without hesitation, though, they reached out to all of my vendors to gather information about cancellations, rescheduling, etc. It was such a headache even thinking about the work it took to cancel this event. Now that I am able to look back at all the responses received by vendors, I am relieved that I hired some of the vendors that Perfectly Posh recommended because they were the most accommodating during this pandemic. I know this is largely influenced by the strong working relationship they maintain with vendors. Despite the fact that we didn't have a wedding reception, I do NOT regret hiring Perfectly Posh for one second. Perfectly Posh is the company you want managing your events. I had the chance to consult with the owner about my wedding. Three things a bride looks for in a company are capability, trustworthiness, and someone you know you can depend on. During our first call she answered all of my questions. She went above and beyond and asked me about elements I had not considered. We were able to hash out most of not all of our preliminary planning structure. By the time the call was sent her I knew she could find the perfect venue and make my wedding dreams come true. She already had beautiful places lined up and was going to email me pictures. She was more than capable. Her staff are equally brilliant to work with. The other element is finding someone you can trust. Based on our conversation, this company soul purpose is to make your wedding perfect. They expect things to go sideways and are adept at handling any disaster. Also, they aren't money grubbers that will look for any excuse to keep your money if things need adjustments. They want your experience to be easy and full of happiness. We hired Holly before we booked anything else for our wedding. I'm a bit shy when it comes to planning and making phone calls, so I knew I would need a wedding planner for our big day. We booked her for the whole shebang and were happy to pay full price for the full package. First off, I have to say that Holly put up with a fair amount from us. We pushed our wedding date back an entire year to have a second child, and Holly helped us make all of the arrangements with our vendors to change the date. We changed our minds on a few things and went back and forth on our budget for awhile as well. She treated each of our "zilla" moments with grace and professionalism, always finding alternatives and reaching out to vendors on our behalf when we didn't get through to them. Hiring Holly as our wedding planning was probably the single best decision we made in our wedding planning process. While we already had a pretty good overall idea of what we did and didn't want our wedding to be, she guided us through all the key details and decisions that needed to be made, helped create a planning timeline with to-do's by month, and gave us great advice on what to splurge vs save on. All her vendor recommendations were spot-on and when we had some communication issues with one vendor, she stepped in and helped make things right. And of course, she was always very responsive. I credit her to keeping my stress levels low and my now-husband sane throughout the process. On the actual day of, knowing everything was in Holly's capable hands let me completely relax and enjoy the day. I hired Perfectly Posh Events to coordinate my wedding day on June 29th. Holly was booked for our date already, so we worked with one of her new planners Haley. Holly and Haley came to each of our meetings prior to our event prepared and organized. I would say that I wasn't the most organized bride, nor did I have everything thought out, so Haley and Holly were amazing at helping me navigate the best solution and best layout for my wedding. They helped me decide how to manage my schedule for the wedding day and helped coordinate all of my vendors - including dealing with a challenging venue! Haley was amazing for the day off coordinator. She led my rehearsal and made sure that she had all of the set up information (napkins/signs) for the wedding. She coordinated with all my vendors before and during the event - and they loved her. She made sure the day went exactly how I had wanted, including when the set up was incorrect at the venue. She was right there helping me with anything I needed at the wedding, making sure things were running on time, helping my venue when they needed it and made sure everything made it home with me. We had some problems with our venue and Haley and Holly detailed everything that was incorrect for me promptly the next day and had time to spend with me the next morning. I can't say enough how great I thought this team was. I will tell you - this was the BEST money that I spent for my wedding. We had a great experience working with Perfectly Posh Events! We hired them in 2010 to help with a large benefit/fundraiser in Seattle held at The Paramount Theater. We had quite a few high-profile performers at this fundraiser, and about 2000 attendees. Hiring Holly was the best decision we could have made. We went with her full planning package because I wanted as much help as I could get. She started off by looking for venues that would work and were available on the dates we wanted. When it came to picking vendors, she gave us lists of those who matched what we were looking for and fit within our budget - whoever we were interested in, she would contact for us to meet with. She managed all communication with vendors so we didn't have to. In terms of event design, I had a VERY, very loose idea of what I wanted and Holly did an awesome job of learning what I liked, pulling it all together and making it happen. She came to every meeting very organized so all I really had to do was make decisions. She kept me on track for the entire 9 months of planning and made it as easy for me as possible. Due to venue availability, we picked a wedding date that Holly already had booked so she had Bridget step in for final planning and day-of coordination. Bridget was AWESOME and really went above and beyond to make our wedding special. She was in control of everything, she kept us on track all day, and she had everything neatly packed up at the end of the night. She even packed up pieces of pie for us to take home (I cannot tell you how much we appreciated this!) and tracked down my phone, purse, etc. and made sure it found its way into the back of the car without anyone asking. She was truly wonderful and my entire family was raving about how great of a job she did and how awesome it was to have her there. HANDS DOWN BEST MONEY SPENT on our wedding. At first I thought it was pricey but I wanted to make sure we and my family (mainly mom) could relax on the day of. Now that it's all said and done, I felt like we got a deal!! (Especially when you realize how expensive everything in the wedding industry is). We hired perfectly posh for design and day of coordination and worked with Bridget and I have nothing but praise for her. In terms of design, I mean she basically created my dream wedding based on a few suuuper vague things I mentioned. I was never the girl who had her wedding all planned out before getting engaged- I didn't even have a Pinterest! So having Bridget there was essential: she was able to come up with ideas and remember all the details I would have forgotten, just based on knowing a couple things I liked on the Internet. She was constantly throwing out ideas and if I didn't like something, she kept that in mind throughout the rest of the planning process. Do you ever feel like you know how you want something to look- your clothes, your apartment, your make up- but you just can't seem to figure out how to make it look that way? That's how I am and planning this wedding with Bridget was like I got to finally have something turn out the way I imagined it. Our wedding day literally looked EXACTLY how I hoped it would, which is pretty incredible. Along with design help, Bridget was always there to answer ANY random questions about weddings. These ladies are experts on weddings so every time we weren't sure about something- how to word invitations, how much to tip, what to give our parents to say thank you- we always contacted Bridget and she was always quick to reply- one time even at 10pm! Bridget also kept track of all our contracts and reminded us of payments, and would even give us to do lists to keep our planning on track. She planned the whole day of our wedding timeline, but adjusted whatever we wanted- everything was always a recommendation from someone who really knows weddings, but when we wanted cocktail hour to be cocktail hour and a half, she said, "you can do whatever you want!" Which was always the vibe when working with Bridget. She also met with us and our officiant, who had never married anyone, and helped us plan our ceremony. Our package also came with two site visits- which meant Bridget came with us all the way out to Bainbridge Island for the day. She also met with florists with me I think 4 times. it felt like having a personal assistant and the reminders/organization she brought us was invaluable during such a busy time. Also, these ladies know pretty much everyone in the wedding industry in Seattle. They offered me a few free hook ups like calligraphy, lyft rides, and even a boot camp workout class for brides! Beyond that they just have excellent recommendations and connections- everyone they recommended who we went with made our wedding perfect. Day of the wedding I got to see Bridget and her assistant, Sia, in action - well, sort of, we were pretty busy and didn't really see much of them! They arrived at the house the girls got ready at around noon and a few of my bridesmaids weren't happy with how their hair had turned out. Bridget immediately was like, "ok, well let's see what we can do" and started messing with one of my bridesmaid's hair. I believe Sia was the one who finished styling her hair- all I know was I was in the bathroom touching up make up and my bridesmaid was in there checking out her new hair and literally saying "oh my god, I love you. I love you so much, you're amazing. I feel so much better," to Sia. Ha! She and Bridget just instantly made everyone feel good and taken care of. Sia also was there to take care of our dog- we had planned to have her there to take him if he got crazy during the ceremony but he snoozed through the whole thing, however later he went nuts over the bean bags for corn hole and Sia was there to grab him and just hold him in a quiet corner and then took him to our Airbnb which was 10 minutes away. It was such an easy day for us because we really had nothing to worry about. Every time I thought of something in the weeks leading up to the wedding and kind of freaked out about what we were going to do, I'd email Bridget and she'd respond with a plan/solution/idea with this tone of "I'll take care of that." The day of she was so CALM! Which was amazing because it made me feel so relaxed and like nothing could go wrong, which to my knowledge, nothing did! I'm sure something went wrong and Bridget just took care of it in such a seamless way that I didn't notice, but to my eyes the day was literally flawless. We used Jen at Perfectly Posh as our day-of coordinator, and I can honestly say it was the best investment we made in our wedding planning process. From our initial planning meeting with Jen and Holly, to the site visits and many, many emails exchanged, I was absolutely confident going into the day-of that we were in good hands. Because of the venue we chose, we had a very limited amount of time to set up, and had to deal with room flips during the wedding and moving 120 guests from upstairs to downstairs and back up again. Just thinking back on all the logistics involved makes me start sweating! Jen and Holly made sure that we had the perfect number of staff on hand to make sure everything went off without a hitch, and helped us think through every last detail. On the day of, Jen did an amazing job of executing on our vision and timeline, while at the same time being absolutely professional and pleasant, never pushy, and partnering effortlessly with the other vendors, our bridal party and family members. Planning a wedding definitely brought out the type-a, control freak side of both me and my husband, and partnering with Jen and Holly allowed us to just let go and have an amazing time with our friends and family members. We hired Holly for a full package deal as my fiance at the time was living overseas and I was working full time plus other personal matters I had to deal with, there was no way I could plan a wedding all on my own. Holly and I both love pearl, lace, and vintage/classic look for wedding so I knew she would be able to understand what I want and envision in our wedding. Holly was very supportive in every step of the planning process and walked us through the entire day of the wedding prior to our wedding. Her monthly checklist is also very helpful in keeping us on track in what needs to be done at a certain time frame and she was able to make sure whatever we hired and decided on does not exceed our budget. I also appreciate her willingness to ask questions with vendors since we didn't really know if there are any particular questions to ask for diff. vendors. She is also willing to stay after each of the vendors meeting to discuss with us our thoughts and impression and shared with us her recommendations. She and her assistance did the best they can to find vendors that fit what we requested and is open to other options that we found on our own. She also helped coordinate various meetings with vendors whenever my fiance was in town so that we can all round table. She also is open to Skype if my fiance needed anything to be communicated face to face. I definitely appreciated it when she found out I was so stressed out with everything that she was willing to work with just my fiance on things that they can handle on their own so that I did not have to worry about it. My family were all impressed with how organized and responsible Holly was on the day of our wedding. She even helped my mom and mom in law fixed their corsages when the magnet came off. She communicated well with all families and friends and they were all very happy with the work she has done. An update, I can't say enough wonderful things about Holly. Our wedding day was perfect and we are so thankful Holly was there for each step. We added on the design package to the day of package, which was a great value and incredibly helpful. Holly helped me let go of my "theme" obsession as every magazine wedding has a distinct theme...her advice to only have one if you really want one (not cause you think you need one) was spot on and we used a "look/feel" aspect for the design instead. We have had so many compliments from our guests and I LOVED how everything turned out - the colors and design aspects really complimented our venue (Hollywood Schoolhouse) and our personalities/relationship. Holly helped us find some incredible vendors, most notably Rachel Roth with Butter & Bloom who did most of our flowers. Holly was incredible during the planning process, keeping me calm and reminding me to get some rest and stop stressing. We got married three weeks ago and Huoy was our wedding coordinator. Keeping our budget in mind, we hired Perfectly Posh for the Simply coordination package. My fiance and I had a very specific vision for our wedding and were passionate about doing the bulk of the planning. Both Huoy and Holly were great at sending us recommendations for vendors and they immediately responded to all questions we had (this was so important!). Huoy was very organized and helped us with details we had not thought of; She did an amazing job. I am not sure what we would have done without her on the day of our wedding. She was flexible and organized. The few hiccups that came up right before the wedding were taken care of by Huoy and am so thankful for that. It was truly a pleasure to work with her.
