The coaches instill great fundamentals in all of the members and don't push you into an unsafe environment. I was initially concerned about being able to keep up with the workouts for the first week, but it turns out ALL workouts and movements have multiple "scaled" versions, so all workouts are very beginner friendly. Also, the community is fantastic. All very friendly and outgoing (that's what makes this place special). You'll find people of all levels - much less about competing with each other and more about improving yourself. They even have 5AM and 6:15AM classes M-F, so you can get your workout in before work if you have family commitments after work. No excuses!

This morning, I ran out the door and didn't realize I was wearing my house slippers until I got there. Vanessa was at the front desk and I told her what happened. Her and I were the same size and she lent me her workout shoes that were in her car! I was beyond grateful that she would offer. Leah, the instructor, was attentive to me the entire class. She made sure I felt comfortable and had good form. She was energetic and encouraging! I didn't bring my child this time around but I love the set up of the childcare. There is a window there that I can peak into if I wanted to check on my son. Overall, I'm thrilled to have found this. My entire class of 40ish people was women and there were modifications mentioned for pregnant and postpartum women. Seems like a great community and I'm excited to be apart of it.

Seems like a great community here and I thought it was cool that everyone collectively cleans off the stations at the end of the workout -- I haven't seen that at an F45 before but it seems like such a no brainer! They have a clean bathroom and shower as well which is a big plus. The only thing to be aware of is that there are seriously good burritos being cooked a few doors down, so if you work out before breakfast like I do, be advised that the parking lot tends to smell absolutely delicious. I can't wait to come back!
