This was our first experience with Maggio Collision and Let me tell you.... WE WERE SO VERY PLEASED with the body work done on his truck and the professionalism of Taylor and Mark anytime we had spoken. Taylor was amazing at her job and made me feel comfortable and at ease with the whole process. She answered any questions or concern's that I had. I never had to call to check on our truck because they were wonderful at communicating the progress of our truck, whether it was Allstate delay or parts delay. Our truck was at the shop for almost a month, BUT IT AS ALLSTATE INSURANCE'S FAULT NOT MAGGIO'S COLLISION!!!!!!!!!! They fault hard to get our 2023 Ford F-150 completed correctly. It looks better then new and the people are wonderful to work with. An extra bonus to me is that it is a local, family owned business so the money stays here and not some big corporate office. That's one reason he can keep his price competitive since he doesn't have all that fluff to pay for.
