Had a run in with a post in our garage. Post had zero damage, couldn't say the same for my car. Really surprised at how much the fender crumpled with such little impact. Got quotes from several different body shops in town. For such a small about of damage and considering the frame was not affected I was shocked at how much the repair was going to be and how long these shops wanted to keep my vehicle, some places said it would be as long as 2 weeks. Came across Burbank Pant & Body via a Nextdoor post and decided to go by and get a quote. Bruno gave me a very conservative, extremely reasonable estimate. My car is 10 years old and I didn't want to spend a lot of money making unnecessary cosmetic repairs. I needed it to be safe to drive and to not look terrible. Also, I was paying out of pocket and did not need to go overboard painting the pieces on either side of the fender or replacing the bumper just because it had a scratch on it. I just needed the fender and the headlight replaced. Bruno understood this and was great at discussing all the options. He was also the only shop to suggest purchasing the fender and painting it ahead of the full repair so he would only need the to keep my car 1-2 days! Music to a busy momma's ears! Once the fender was painted, I went to the shop to approve the paint match - it was spot on! The entire repair was completed in one day. Notice a little issue with the bumper after the repair was completed. Took it back and was remedied while I waited. Service after the sale! I've always received excellent service and cannot recommend using them for body work enough. I've used them twice - once for some bumper damage from interstate debris and once for a quick fender skirt install. When getting estimates for the former more extensive work, they offered the best pricing for what work was actually needed and did not push for more unlike other places I visited. They've been honest with labor required and estimates have been true to final cost. It's been a pleasure using them when needed, with staff taking the time to explain their assessments and showing me their finished work. It can take some time for parts to arrive and for bigger projects, it can take some time. However, minor jobs are done quickly and properly. Deposits are required for ordering the parts (I've never gone through car insurance with them) but they've been the best I've found around. Great service! Scraped up the side of my car in the parking garage, and took it in to get the paint touched up. They gave me the estimate & told me it'd be a couple days to fix. Soon after I left, I got a call - would I be interested in a lower cost option? Sign me up! They said they could touch up the paint without having to redo everything - for about half the cost. I said yes, and just 24 hours my car was ready and looking great. They're the only car place I've been to that has ever offered to make me pay less! read more

So...my shiny lease had a little accident. I wasn't even going to get it looked at until it started rusting, because I just didn't have the money to fix it. Upon a friend's recommendation, I brought it here. Bruno took a look, and drew me up an estimate for some $1500 of repairs. Gulp. When I mentioned I couldn't afford to do anything about it at this time (I was just about to leave) he said he might be able to help me out in the meantime. He went in the back and got solution to remove the paint transfer, and then touched up the scrapes with paint (he happened to have my color!). Now it looks nowhere near as bad! Cheap ass place. I went to get a bumper fixed. He just saw the car took the vin number and gave an estimate. It's not like he opened the hood and checked things. His assessment was somewhat inaccurate, though he gave the lowest estimate mostly because he seemed disinterested. The place is slightly hidden behind this repair shop. The place looks local but if he had done good assessment then I would have been happier. I went to Gordon Sanders also and their estimate and their explanations with what the car required was better. read more

Great shop, friendly staff, and great work!! I got my car door fixed here and it looks AMAZING! They also finished it a day earlier than they expected which was a pleasant surprise. They were always incredibly helpful and if they didn't answer my first phone call they'd always call me right back. Lastly, they were also the cheapest shop in town, when one place across town estimated the cost as 3x more and would be a longer fix. My daughter is a student at LSU and we all live in New Orleans. She recently got into an accident in the parking garage of her apartment complex. Originally, her car was undrivable. I called Burbank Paint and Body and spoke to Bruno on the phone. He stated his shop was only minutes away from her apartment complex and that he would be glad to run over there and look at car and see what he could do to make it drivable. He called me after he was able to pry the fender off of the wheel and I had my daughter drive it over there a couple days later. He wanted to ensure she had a vehicle to drive while waiting on the parts. My daughter dropped the car off first thing on a Monday morning and by Wednesday afternoon the car was ready for pickup. Bruno was very nice to help a dad out in New Orleans, got the job done very quickly and was very fair on pricing. My final price was actually lower than the original estimate. This place was recommended to me after I nearly ripped off my bumper from backing into my boyfriend's trailer hitch. I went there with my duct-taped bumper thinking the entire thing would need to be replaced.
