My husband and I spent over $100,000 within the span of 1 week buying 2 new 2017 vehicles. We traded in my 2010 Escape and my 2013 Mustang GT convertible for my 2017 Escape. They had given us such a fair trade value on my husband's 2008 F-250, that we decided to go back to them for my vehicle. WHAT A MISTAKE!! The Mustang had some minor damage a few years ago to the right front corner in a slow speed collision that was not my fault. We told them about it, and when they checked the carfax, they saw that the repair bill was $7800. The headlight assembly alone was $1200. They said that they had to gouge us for half of the total of the repair off of the trade in allowance. The trade allowance was already pitifully low because they said that the car had not held its value. They weren't going to budge, so against our better judgement, we completed the deal. All it would have taken to at least satisfy us was $2500. They then put it on their used side for $12,500 more than they gave us. Even if they had given us the $2500, it still would be $10,000 over what they gave us. I get having to make a profit, but that is just RAPE! They will never see so much as 1 cent of our money again. This dealership is part of the Rafih Auto Group, and I guess that Terry Rafih needed that $2500 more than we did.....VERY SHORT SIGHTED!!!!! read more

I give Performance Ford 5 of 5 as you are treated like a person. At this dealership, everyone is treated the same. At the other Ford dealership in town, the customer service representative seems to prefer to deal with the male clientele as they know what's wrong with their cars. But us poor female population are treated as if we are stupid. At Performance Ford, the staff recognize you as you come in, if they are busy they acknowledge that someone will be with you shortly. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. They write down your concerns as you express them and not in car dealshipease. Then they explain any problems you may have not noticed and recommend what kind of urgency is required. The cashier is very pleasant and asks if everything was done to your satisfaction. Performance Ford has always been the place that my family and myself buy our vehicles from. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. With my experiences at Performance I deal with Scott Ohler and he has always been very helpful. He has always tried to get me the best deal possible for my budget. I am always given all the necessary information needed in order to make a decision on a car that is best for me to drive and best for my budget. I was very pleased with the service department when I brought in my Mustang for a recall. I did not have to wait and I was promptly asked if I needed a ride back home. When they called me to tell me that the car was ready for pick up, they also asked if I wanted the car washed. I did not expect being asked this question. I was most impressed that when I dropped off the vehicle, I did not have to park it outside (like other dealers), but rather pulled right into the bay. We are very Happy with the Service we received in the transaction from our 2013 mkx to our new Lincoln mkx. Mark Renaud is the best and made us feel special throughout the process. We are particularly impressed with the handling and performance of the New 2,7 Eco boost Engine. Very smooth. There is one minor issue that we need to take care of.......a rattle, we think from the retractable roof in the area of the back seat. Also the cell phone connection is not recognizing our numbers??? ......Really like the foot activated rear door. read more

My experience with your service team was up to snuff. I was in and out in a timely fashion. If there are upcoming repairs that will be carried out at a future date, service advisor should speak to the customer first as the cashier is unable to field these questions. I was able to speak to my advisor but he was busy with another customer so I had to stay to get any answers I needed. Otherwise, things went quite well. A good experience. read more
