No no need to call it'll be here. So ok. Day comes I travel half hour get there. Nope part didn't get there. Nice now have to wait three more days. Thing is I could have went to local dealership paid less and had the part in a 3 day timeline. But went with these ding dongs for more money but one day delivery. Guy behind desk looked like lost puppy. Blaming the other guy shipping. Your business. Not even some kind of discount for my inconvenience. I guess this is how businesses run now a days. I went to dealer like I should have. Learn a lesson here I guess.

I bought a membership at the airport location. In Feb. I went to this location and had no issues…read more In March I went to this location and he started asking me my name phone number etc. I told him it should be in the system. He said "No this is your first time here." I said "I was here about a month ago." He said "then it was with a different car. Your licence plate isn't in the system. I told him I only have one car. In May I went to the airport location to get an oil change and I was told by this one person that my coolant levels were very very low and my transmission fluid was very low. I asked him to put water in the rad and he said he couldn't do that because it would throw the levels off. BUT for $5.00 he could add more coolant. I said then won't that throw the levels off? He said "No I can measure it with that thing." I already had my car booked for a complete tuneup, transmission fluid change, rad flush the following Tues. They asked where. I said in Mississauga. He asked what's the name of the place? I said Auto Trust. Hmmm he says. Well I wouldn't drive it on the highway as your coolant levels are very low. I told him not to worry about it as it's going in the shop on Tuesday. When I took my car into my mechanic he asked why I wanted my rad flushed. I told him that I was told my coolant levels were very low. My mechanic said there's nothing wrong with your levels. I asked about the transmission fluid. He said that was all ok just dirty it was time for a change. The first week of July I went to the location on Tecumseh Rd East. Low and behold it's the same person! This time he tells me. "Your power steering fluid is extremely low." I said "You know what I have a complaint. Every time I get an oil change you tell me my levels are low. Last time you told me my coolant was low and there was nothing wrong with them." Another guy pipes up and says "If he tells you it's low then it's low. We don't do that stuff here." So I leave. It's running threw my mind so I pull over and check the levels myself. I couldn't see the fluid so I turned the stick around so I could see the ridges. It's full. I wipe it clean and dip it in again. It's full. I drive away and think. Maybe he said my brake fluid. So I pull over and check my brake fluid. It's full. I check the power steering fluid again. It's full ( and very clean). So I go back to the place and ask to speak to a manager. He asked what he can help me with so I told him that I was told my power steering fluid was low and there's nothing wrong. He says. "Oh so everything is ok now." I said. "there was nothing wrong in the first place." He went inside and came back out and said. "He said it was a little low but dirty." He then went to the car to check the power steering fluid. He checks the dip stick and sees that it reads full. I said "See! It's full!" He then drips it on the back of his hand to see how dirty it is. It was crystal clear. I said "It's not dirty. I just had this in and had everything completely done with the car. He then takes the dip stick and tries to scrape the side of the power steering fluid container to try to get dirt on it. I said. "You're not going to get any dirt as I had the car serviced and everything changed." He then looks at me and says. "Sorry." I told him that the same person did this to me at the airport location so I came here instead. You have to tell this guy to stop lying and up selling. Unless that is your way of doing business and your procedures. I doubt if I'll ever renew my membership again. I'd rather pay a higher price than try to be ripped off.

He wanted me to pay 80$ for filters, I told him I will pass and I'll figure it out, he got upset and wanted me to pay for the "service". To make the long story short he ended up calling me names and threaten me and he threw a RAG at my face the police had literally to get involved. Worst experience ever.

I owed $17,000.00 as well according to the sales person I would love to discuss this with you. I am currently in a 5 year lease that I did not want. I did not want to lease again and I did not want to especially lease a Ford Escape either. But given my choices of paying $17,000.00 or getting into a 5 year lease.. here I am... and not happy. OPEN ENDED LEASE AGREEMENT I signed what I thought was my…read more3rd typical lease with Greg Gill August 2023. It was not a typical lease but an open ended lease agreement. At the end of the day, I was responsible for the difference between the projected value of my car versus the actual value of my car at the end of the lease. This amounted to $17,000. This was NOT AT ALL REVIEWED OR EXPLAINED TO ME. I signed the document not even considering it would be different than my other 2 leases. I noticed Greg Gill is no longer with Performance Ford or the Rafih Group. I spoke to Moe initially at Performance Ford who listened to my issue and was I advised that he would take this to management. Apparently, there are a number of customers who signed similar leases without disclosure of the nature of the lease. I then spoke to Moe Hazim who stated he would be speaking directly to Terry Rafih himself. I have never heard back from Performance Ford regarding this meeting with Terry Rafih. I seemed to be bothering them. I NEVER EVER would have exchanged my BMW for my Bronco had I known about the nature of this lease. Ridiculous. What a horrible way to treat your customers. Make the drive somewhere else and avoid dealing with this auto group. Jennifer
