I had already scheduled rotator cuff and bone spur surgery with him as well. Unfortunately, the Home physical therapist was terrible and I developed a crippling limp and my leg would swing out to the left with each step. I fired that company just before the shoulder surgery. Dr. Hanypsiak who did an amazing job recommended Collins Physical Therapy Institute who I have been working with now for 3 weeks. They have already corrected my limp and leg swing! Furthermore my arm can go over my head due to their wonderful physical therapy. Okay yes it hurts, but it'll be real soon that I am back to normal again. I am grateful for being in such competent hands - literally!

Dr. Friedman is exceptional to converse with regarding anatomy, physiology, causes of certain headaches/pains, numbness, which meds work or don't work for various conditions. He has an amazing sense of humor & I really enjoyed meeting him & appreciate such detailed responses to all of my questions. He is brilliant, patient, down to earth. The staff are all super friendly and very on point. I am grateful to have found this team for pain management.

Tiffany wanted to resolve the underlying problem vs just treating the symptoms. She aligned my spine, reduced my scoliosis, and eliminated my back pain. They changed my appointment time without consulting me and then simply assumed I would show up at the new time. This level of disorganization is unacceptable; it shows a complete lack of respect for a patient who is coming in to feel better--yet with this kind of stress, no one could possibly feel any better. The appointment was scheduled with Candice, who did not call to consult me regarding whether my schedule could be changed. The supervisor, Rebeca, simply maintained that the appointment was rescheduled because *they* were experiencing issues; as for *my* issues, no one felt it necessary to consult me. You have been warned about the type of conduct and lack of consideration for your time shown here; this organization acts as though the patient exists at their disposal, rather than the other way around.
