People walk around barefoot and don't clean machines after they use them, it's like asking for an infection! Many people will "mark" machines as being used and will walk away to another machine while still "occupying" the other for extended periods of time so you can barely get a good workout in. I don't think I've ever seen staff cleaning the gym or enforcing rules. People barefoot, in sandals, pajamas, etc... is totally a turn off. Since I have a black card I'm going to just go to another PF location here in Omaha. This place is disgusting!

They work very hard to help us older adults get fit and stay healthy, AND they are respectful, friendly and responsive . The exercise equipment is almost the same as you would find in very expensive studios, so why pay more for "the same thing?" The front desk staff used to be friendlier (they looked at people as they walked in) and more helpful (they could describe each class). Now they apparently have so much work to do on computers, that looking up at every person would interrupt their work so often that they couldn't accomplish enough. The sound systems in the gym have improved, and I'm glad that the leaders there don't BLARE the music at us. They usually provide music that is "age appropriate" for older adults. I wish that the volume in the upstairs studio were NOT so loud!
