The Recreational Therapy Director Larry was absolutely fabulous! He has so many different things for the residents to do, and every day there's something organized morning, noon, and night! You can tell everyone there truly cares about the people entrusted to their care. The residents are so happy and friendly - we met them all, and nobody had a bad word to say about their care or their living situation. The rooms are all private, comfortable, quiet and clean. It was our first experience with a Skilled Nursing Facility, and we were all completely impressed and eternally grateful that Mom was able to spend time there!

This place isn't a good place to put anyone. They're on an SSF program because of their more…read moreserious history of severe and persistent quality of care problems. The place reeks of sewer and Marijuana. The staff doesn't treat the residents all fair. They pick and choose who they like and the ones they don't either get treated like crap or neglected. My husband is always complaining of the food, not getting a shower for weeks, seeing staff abuse residents, amongst other things. Staff loves my husband but hate me. They wont take or return my calls and have blocked me on social media. Theyve only included me in maybe 5 care plan meetings in 5 years when it should've been 20. And in those 5 meetings, none of my concerns were addressed, but event coordinator thought his involvement in activities was more important than his health. He had his leg amputated because they wouldn't take him to a professional doctor and tried handling alone. He still isn't walking with prosthesis after 4 years. There's stuff that should be happening and stuff that shouldn't be happening. (If you catch my drift). The administrator should be fired and never allowed to work in this kind of field ever. Same with event coordinator. I really wouldn't recommend this hell hole to my worst enemy. They change the rules and protocol to their convenience. This place should be closed down and condemned. They only get a 1 star rating for lack of a 0. ​

My mom needed a place to go in between a hospital stay and home care so she spent nearly 2 weeks…read morehere receiving needed physical and occupational therapy. Although she didn't care for it much (loss of independence, etc.) I thought it was a very nice facility. Her room was large, there was a big tv, tables and chairs in the room for family and a nice large private bathroom. The lobby area had places to sit with vending machines, puzzles, etc. Family can choose to wash their loved ones clothes on site in the nearby laundry room. The staff seemed very attentive and caring. The meals were hot, healthy and smelled great. We especially liked the "healing garden" located in the center courtyard for a place to get some fresh air and sunshine. Although no one probably wants to be in a place like this, when needed I thought they were very good.
