I was very impressed and shocked really at how quickly Jacob troubleshooted the separate problems because with the bathroom sink the previous plumber said he didnt have a long enough tool to fix it and that it would be the apartment property's responsibility to fix, and with the kitchen sink the property maintenance only attempted to shut water off of 4 apartments to make an adjustment from the outside...again no fix. But it took Jacob no more than a minute to diagnose each problem before fixing them both in a jiffy, at the sinks themselves, without any messes, go figure! My kitchen sink was leaking lime crazy and I tried to fix it myself. I'm newly divorced and I didn't think I could afford a plumber. I was washing dishes in the back yard for a week! I called performance plumbing, (my neighbor recommend them) and the guy was super friendly and knowledgeable. They came out that same day and with in about half an hour I was washing dishes in my sink again. Ladies, if you can fix it yourself, go for it. I had a burst pipe in the space over my garage & needed an urgent repair. Of course I didn't identify the problem until late in the day and I was worried I couldn't get it fixed until the following day. Jacob was extremely helpful - he came over within an hour of my call. Jay is a master plumber and a stand up guy. I needed all new drainage pipe ran under my house that was built in the 30's, I called performance plumbing after trying several other plumbing companies on yelp, they didn't even come close to the professionalism and knowledge of Jay on the phone.
