They also looked at our spare tire and re-inflated that. When we went to pick up the car, we didn't have one penny owed to them after all of the time they spent working on the car. If you need to just roll up and get something done they are very fast. Average time for me has taken maybe an hour to get a lot of things done. You can bring your own parts or have them order it. Lots of the times I will bring my own and just pay for labor. Up to you. This past time I got front brake pads and a caliper replaced. He kept me in the loop on what would happen and how soon the tow truck would arrive. About 30 minutes later more workers came in and one of them walked up to me and asked for my key. There was no discussion of what type of oil change (ex. synthetic, etc) or pricing. Approximately 10 minutes later he asked for all my info (name, address, phone#, email) and gave a price-indicating they were finished with the oil change. I asked if the Yelp check-in coupon could be used, but he stated they already changed the oil with all synthetic and the coupon was for half-and-half. I didn't feel he was being rude in any way, I just wish there was more dialog and that I had a choice. Overall, it was a decent straight-no chaser experience.
