Showed up for less than 10 minutes, charged $95 to misdiagnose the issue and haven't been back. Dodging our calls now. Avoid this company

First of all, I was glad to hear the actual business owner answer my call and not a voicemail…read moremessage. Sean was helpful and asked questions and even though he was very busy, he took the time to set a time that works for my schedule. He was upfront about pricing where he could and was more affordable than the other service providers. A very happy experience for me.

I had to place a star to rate my experience.! If I could've, I would've not placed a star on it at…read moreall!! Very dissatisfied with my whole experience ! If you're looking for someone to actually show up and fix your hot tub, keep scrolling -- because my experience with Sean was an entire three-ring circus. I reached out a week before November 20, during a stretch of beautiful, warm, dry weather -- the kind of weather hot tub techs dream about. Sean told me he was busy closing pools (fine), but then still somehow forgot to put my appointment on the schedule. Not penciled in. Not noted. Not anything. Just vanished into the void. And this was during the best weather we had. Once the weather changed, the excuses started flying faster than my leaking hot tub water: "It might rain." "It's snowing." "The forecast moved." "We'll try again next Friday." "I'll update you tomorrow." Spoiler: tomorrow never existed. Then we got our first small snowfall -- not a blizzard, not Snowmageddon, literally a light Kansas dusting. I shoveled the same day it stopped snowing. Meanwhile, Sean told me he couldn't come the next day because he had to shovel snow. Sir... the snow was already shoveled by the rest of us yesterday. Shoveling snow instead of running your business? It's giving "I don't actually want to work." Meanwhile, my hot tub is leaking like it's got commitment issues. It cannot hold water for more than a minute. And somehow, he keeps asking me if I'm "keeping it warm." Warm with what? Telepathy? Steam? A hope and a bucket heater? Should I knit it a sweater? And THEN -- without ever coming out to look at it -- he told me, "It probably wouldn't be worth the money to fix it." How do you decide something isn't worth fixing when you never even laid eyes on it? That's not expertise -- that's guessing. He warned me over and over about freeze damage while simultaneously being the reason it wasn't getting fixed before the freeze. Make that make sense. After enough rescheduling attempts to fill a sitcom season, I hired someone else -- someone who honors appointments and, you know, actually shows up. Bottom line? He had perfect weather, claimed he was too busy closing pools, forgot to schedule me, later wouldn't come because of shoveling light snow, gave constant excuses, asked me to warm water that didn't exist, AND told me fixing it "probably wouldn't be worth it" without even looking at it. If you want excuses, delays, and zero results, he's your guy. If you want your hot tub fixed, go literally anywhere else.

This is an amendment to our initial review of 1star. After a bit of a rough start we were able to…read moretalk to Chris who told us how to fix our issue and clarified things that we were unaware of (service dept in another location, chemical misunderstanding) and receipt of missing items. He was very helpful and we appreciate his quick response and professionalism.

Do not buy a pool from them and expect good service! I bought an above ground pool in April 2020…read more I believe it was an Aspen pool but Supreme did not include that information in my paperwork. In 2021 I installed a deck around 1/3 of the pool and a concrete patio around 1/3. In 2025, we noticed holes in the liner walls and then we noticed small holes in the outside walls of this pool. I called Supreme and Tyler said the outside walls were still under warranty but not the liner. This was in July 2025. I texted and called Tyler back and forth about getting a new pool and what the warranty covered. I finally got an answer in September that the walls were 100% warrantied and a price for a new liner, replacement labor and freight. In October I was pushed off on someone else who told me as soon as I paid, they would schedule my new pool install appointment. I finally got the link to pay in November. I paid and asked when they would schedule my install. I was told it all depends on weather so they would put me down for early May and we would go from there. In March I tried contacting the number I had been dealing with and got a text stating that the number was no longer active. So I just went directly to the store. I decided to go with a different brand of pool since the other one was defective and needed replaced after only 5 years. I was told when buying the new pool that I would get no credit for the old pool since I was getting a different brand. I told them that is not right and asked for the manufacturers name so I could contact them myself. I still haven't received that information. Again I was told by Chris and Nick that my new pool would be installed early May. I requested to possibly have it done by May 13 and they said that shouldn't be a problem. On May 3 the salesmen Chris & Nick came out to measure for the new pool. I paid for a 28' since that was the size of my old pool. I could tell they didn't really know what they were doing and Nick was in a hurry to go fishing. They told me a 28' would not fit in my space, I would have to go with a 24'. If that was the case I would have a lot of added expenses adding on to the deck and patio. My daughter & I remeasured and figured the 28' would fit. I asked Chris when they would be out to remeasure and he said he's been busy with customers and since they don't normally have to come out twice to measure, he was trying to figure it out. News flash, I am a PAID CUSTOMER! He finally got back to me and said he would send out the project manager to measure. (Wouldn't that have been the right move in the first place?) The project manager Jordan came, measured & said the 28' would work. On May 14, I was told they would be out to set up my pool on the 20th. I was also told at this point for the first time that I needed an electrician to bond & ground my pool. Which was an extra $700. And the electrician explained to me that I had to cut back 24" of my concrete on the one side of my pool area. Another expense. On the evening of May 19 I got a call from Alex, another "manager" that schedules the crews and said my install had to be pushed back a day because of the rain we had. After I had already scheduled time off work to be here and I had already had the sand delivered in the street in front of my house. Which is extra by the way. The crew comes on the 21st, does the excavating, which I was told by Jordan would be hauled away for a small fee, and when I asked about this they said they were not told this and did not schedule a truck for this so they piled that material on my concrete and I have to figure it out. Then the crew was just sitting around for hours. I called Alex and asked if there was a problem. He said no, they are waiting for the pool materials to be delivered. Somehow, that truck didn't get dispatched. The crew finally got the materials and set up the perimeter of the pool and then I got another call saying it was getting late (4:00) so the crew would be out the next day to finish. They left before I knew it and left the bobcat sitting on my torn-up lawn. I knew it was supposed to rain the next day so I texted Tyler and asked if they were done with the bobcat if they could please get there and get it out of my yard to prevent further damage. He said they were done with it. Why the hell didn't they take it the night before? They showed up the next day did a few things and removed the bobcat tearing up my lawn even more. Have they ever heard of putting plywood down when it's wet? So I have that added expense. Tyler said they would be back on Tuesday. I tried reaching Tyler on Friday evening and on Saturday to see when they are coming to finish. No answer. I spoke to Alex today and he said we're waiting on the electrician to get finished before we can schedule. I said my electrician has been done since Friday and your crew was here so they knew that. I have already scheduled tomorrow off work and now they're not coming and don't know when. UGH
