The receptionist was a good first impression of the company. The guy who came out was amazing. I was so impressed by him. He called 2 days in advance and said that he might be able to come out even earlier than the appointment. Score! The day I was scheduled for was rainy. I almost thought they might cancel due to the weather conditions, but nope! My guy called and came out earlier than scheduled (which worked well for me). It was rainy, but without any doubt he pulled out his ladder and got to work. He diagnosed, corrected and filled me in on the problem in less than 10 minutes. He was also just so up-right and friendly!! It was like he were a worker from an idealized 1950s. And even though it was raining and he had other appointments to get to, he offered to give me an estimate on installing gutter guards. He measured every gutter around my house and garage and then got my email so he could send me the formal estimate. It came later that day. Such impressive service! Said the siding needed to be removed, but they were unable to remove it. I was concerned I would not be able to find someone to take on such a small job. Called Allen first and they said they could help, and would send someone.Tom came out and removed the required siding, and said to let him know when the plumbers were finished with the repair. When the plumbers were done, we called to have the siding replaced. Kyle came out and had the siding back up in no time. He told me there was no charge for the job. So nice to deal with friendly people who took the time to help us out. We are considering replacing our siding in the near future and Allen will be our first call. Thanks guys!

The initial installation of gutters, fascia, sideboards, and gutter guards was poorly done by a subcontracted crew. When the company sent the same crew back to fix the issues, the work was still not corrected properly. After multiple rounds of communication and escalating concerns, John Beal eventually sent a different crew who finally addressed the problems correctly--but only after months of frustration. Cleanup was also a major issue. We personally collected a full container of nails left around our property, despite being told cleanup was included. At one point, a screw ended up in a brand-new tire on my car. Thankfully it didn't cause a puncture, but it easily could have. Despite the significant delays, repeated poor workmanship, and safety concerns, the company declined to offer any form of a compensation break to our final bill. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend John Beal based on the lack of quality control, accountability, and customer care.

It was a lot of back and forth between Mr We don't show up and our insurance company as he was inflating prices that they did not approve and agree too. The insurance company sent money to us in which we gave to Mr We Don't show up, and here we are 3 weeks later still waiting. Red flag started when one of the contractors showed up with his team and I just so happened to have pulled up at the same time, unaware that they were coming and the guy said he had been trying to call Mr Can't be reached all morning and couldn't reach him and my husband started trying to reach him and couldn't. The guy informed us that this is what he does all the time. After that it's just been downhill. We have been very patient, but at this point we have to take the next steps.
