This caused the driver to bring the wrong kind of wrecker. He was very patient with me and explained that he he needed to bring the flat-bed truck. Fees are accumulating every day, so them refusing release makes me lose money while they gain it. The storage cost is already to high to what I can afford and they won't do anything about it, unlawfully holding my vehicle. Terrible company service!
