I was offered a ride back to the house by a very kindhearted older gentleman who turned out to be the owner. Fast Forward - My Hummer was damaged by another driver and remembered the great service I had received on my previous visit so told my insurance company I was taking my vehicle to Collision Clinic for the repairs. I was greeted by the new owner John who is the son of the previous owner. We all know how that usually goes - but not in this case. The new owner John was every bit as hospitable and concerned with getting my vehicle fixed correctly and getting me back on the road as his father was. The kicker is I had dropped my rental policy when my wife was not working and forgot to add it back when she started working. Rental prices where high and felt like a nightmare trying to rent a car. After John learned of this he coordinated by drop-off time to a time he could arrange for a loaner car for me to use. Needless to say, but my Hummer looks great, better than before the accident, and I plan to take my Hummer in for some additional work. Thank you John (and amazing crew) for your awesome service!

This company operates in an extremely unprofessional and deceptive manner. We were discouraged from contacting our insurance provider (AAA) to verify the charge, and due to a time-sensitive dealership appointment, we felt pressured to pay the fee out of necessity. For context, the tow distance was only 5.5 miles and took approximately six minutes. Subsequently, our insurance company issued payment for the $65 "additional charge," despite the error originating entirely with the towing company. However, the company has failed to refund the money we initially sent via Zelle. Since then, they have stopped responding to calls and messages altogether. This behavior is unacceptable and strongly indicative of a scam. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have also documented the truck's license plate number and TDL number as evidence.

My experience with tow trucks in the past has not necessarily been great, even if it has been necessary. These guys are responsive, communicative, and dependable. Other trucks had me waiting for hours, they were there within 30 minutes and had me squared away in 15. I used them twice in the same week, since Allstate didn't have me in good hands. I would recommend them for anyone in Pearland and surrounding area. They're priced well, and they really do work with folks to keep them covered without hurting the wallet more than necessary.
