They had the gall to say he needed a new carburetor because it wouldn't start. He told them the carb was almost brand new and nothing was wrong with it and they never mentioned it again. It was also a half tank of gas less than when it was dropped off. I won't even bring it back to have any of this corrected, I have no trust in this shop. Every time they said they would call me back with an answer, the literally never did. My husband had to drive there twice to get an update in person.

We were charged the first (we purchased the transmission and had them put it in so the seal leak wasn't their fault but still took a little off the labor) but on the second visit, though well within their right to charge to repair a leak unrelated to the transmission, didn't charge us. I was told by another shop that I needed to replace the entire oil pan because the threads were gone. They were charging me $1100 for that service and didn't offer any other option. I took it to Missouri Car Care and told them hey I need my pan rethreaded and of course it's a little harder to do that on an Aluminum pan but they said they will try. And they did it! They also saved my oil so I wouldn't get charged more. $95 for that service. Great place and I most certainly recommend over any other shops in town.

I took it to AutoNation in Katy and they tried to charge me $7000 to repair the truck I just spent $8000 on less then 6 months ago. Needless to say I sought a second opinion. Adam was completely upfront and honest through the entire process from the diagnostic to the end of the repair. As for pricing, he saved me $4500!!! He had it back on the road in 24 hours which extremely helped since I run a small HVAC business and needed to get back into the field.
