You feel less like you're walking into a shop and more like you're walking into a relative's home. She never leans over your shoulder while you're browsing, but if you ask for help, she's always happy to help you choose something that you'll really, really like--she'll never pressure you to buy something that you don't want, even if you ask her to take something out of the case and ultimately decide against it. If you are a dog lover, or an animal lover in general, then you will love this shop for that reason, as well! They have two poodles, and they are the sweetest little ambassadors. They love belly rubs! As for the selection of jewelry in this place, it is phenomenal. They have a wide variety of stones, and their prices are awesome. I bought a beautiful ruby pendant during my first visit there for about $30, and a large rainbow moonstone pendant a few days ago for about the same amount (I was convinced that both pieces were going to be at least twice as much as they were...this is what I mean when I say their prices are awesome!). There are some more expensive pieces, to be sure, but most of their inventory is very affordable.

When we sent someone to pick them up the day of the banquet, Andrew was extremely rude and told us that he would call when they were done. We called a few hours later and were told they would be done in 15 minutes. So we sent a second guy to pick them up who was again verbally abused by Andrew and left empty handed. Finally, two hours after that, someone was able to pick up the plaques and, of course, one out of the three were wrong. We sent the incorrect plaque back to be corrected and then didn't hear from anyone for WEEKS. We emailed multiple times and never heard anything until one day the plaque was magically done even though we hadn't heard a word and had considered it a lost cause. Then, of course, they demanded payment ASAP even though clearly they didn't care to do business efficiently. We paid and are done with them. I will NEVER use Trophy King again! Rude, verbally abusive, and not able to come through on what they say. Never again.

After purchased a bronze badge directly from cemetary for my brothers mausoleum directly from the cemetary, they were not able to have custom engraved. Knowing nothing about engraving I came to learn bronze is a extremely hard metal to engrave . I spent 3 months asking different jewelers/trophy places and no one could help. I stumbled upon Hero's Salute Awards & Engraving via a Google search and sent an email. The owner responded very quickly and said they could absolutely do it. The next day I drove there, showed the bronze badge and again he confirmed he could do the custom engraving. My brothers one year anniversary of passing was 10 days away and I asked if it could be done rather quickly to have it mounted on mausoleum by 2.10.2023. Not only did they do an incredible job engraving but they had it ready in 4 business days and the cemetary was able to install the same day. Genuine good people who helped me when others couldn't and treated me like family.
