I met with MacKenzie and told her my needs. She educated me on my options and never pressured me to go with windows that I wasn't interested in. I was able to replace all the windows that needed replaced at one time (something I didn't think I would be able to afford) and I'm amazed at the difference the new windows have made already (no drafts and the heater isn't running all the time). She told them muliple times that she would need to think about it, but they would not accept that. After SIX hours of high pressure tactics she ended up writing them a check for the down payment just to get them to leave. She later called and said she did not want to use their company but was refused a refund of her down payment. I think it is deplorable that this company preys on elderly people with their high pressure sales tactics.
