They came out and measured all of my windows, but when the installer arrived, the shade for my door window was too short. The installer never mentioned the issue--I had to point it out myself. To make matters worse, there were three additional windows that had been measured, and I was under the impression they had been ordered. When the installers didn't install them, I called the office to find out why, only to be told they had never been ordered in the first place. That was a very disappointing surprise after waiting for installation. I also specifically requested that the installers give me about a 20-minute heads-up before arriving so I could be prepared. I never received a call--they simply showed up. Mistakes can happen, but poor communication, ordering errors, and failing to follow simple customer requests made this a very frustrating experience. We requested ceramic tint all around on our two SUV vehicles. The woman at the front desk was…read morelovely: knowledgeable, professional, and gave us a discount for having two vehicles done. The turn around time was quick and the cars were done when they said they would be done. They did a great job and both cars came out looking great. They included a complimentary window cleaning kit. Ceramic tint is not inexpensive but the heat abatement and UV protection is great and will add years of useful life to the vehicle interior not to mention making it much easier on the AC in cooling down the cars. We did get two other quotes from other shops in town and the price here quoted was competitive and ended up coming in slightly under the quote which we appreciated. We chose this shop because of the cleanliness and overall professional appearance and demeanor of the staff. If you are looking for Window tint I can recommend this place 100 percent.

They were timely, their employees worked extremely hard and fast even it very hot weather. They cleaned up well. The roofs looked great when they were done. In March of 2025 I needed a satellite dish removed from the roof. I called Scott because I didn't want the internet provider removing it. Scott sent one of their guys out (at no cost). He removed the dish, repair the spot with caulk and new shingles instead of just spreading a little caulk in the holes. I highly recommend Osmus Roofing!!

They had to buy and install some items that were different from what was in the bid. They stuck to the original bid which was substantially lower than other companies. When Andy came to bid the job he reattached some loose material at no charge. He also fully described what would be included in the work and what could result in additional charges. I highly recommend Osmus Roofing to anyone needing to replace their roof!
