She asked for a copy of the certificate. I sent it and she stated that her team would look into the availability. I never hear anything again. When I circled back to find out what the status was of my request. I was told that they would not honor the certificate and because it expired. The owner Ralph Navarro state I was correct and then proceeded to tell me if I wanted it honored I could go to Mexico where there boats are currently. And then he sarcastically said "Good Luck". The company is not reputable and to tick off a potential customer when all I requested was for them to honor the certificate show the type of dishonest and bait and switch tactics this company uses. I wouldn't trust them and will never use them.

If you text him, he responds. He's completed several repairs on my boat and all were expertly done. Recently, my boat took on water from the heavy rains this past weekend. My battery drained and the compartment flooded so no power was going to my bilge pump. I called Ernesto and he came out within 30 minutes. On Sunday, I tried to pick up my wife from the dock after we purchased frozen drinks at Monty's - like I have done maybe 200 hundred other times over most of my adult life. I was told I had to pay a $5 per foot, or $135 fee for "loading". I said, "come on she's just going to jump on and we will leave in 10 seconds." I was told to go F myself by the dock attendants who showed me the middle finger. DO NOT USE THIS DOCK.
