The people that work there are scammers. when…read moreyou go in your back is to the front desk so you can't see any signs, they rush you into a room where the sales person is so persistent never telling you the product was non refundable or exchanges. He brings in his little machine to put your card in then they have you come out. As they are putting in your email they have you stand behind the desk to put in your email. At that point you still don't see any signs because now you're behind it, and you already paid in the room. I was told to go to the front desk to make an appointment for my next session at that point below where I was standing I see the little sign which didn't matter because I paid in the room. Again never being told no return or exchanges sales are final. These scammers put your receipt in a seal envelope when you get home and open it is when you see no refunds or exchanges all sales are final. This man actually thought I was going to tip him and the nerve to say you don't have to go by what it says you can put your own tip. I gave him nothing, like he didn't make enough with commission on $8,500 I have a seizure disorder and started to feel one coming on and just wanted to get out of there. The stress of these people contributed to me having a seizure when I got home. all I can say is beware and shame on them.

The atmosphere makes the whole experience enjoyable every time I visit. It's one of those places that's just fun to walk around, even if I'm only planning to stop in for a few things or just browsing. There are so many gr8 stores w/ huge selections to shop/browse, so I always end up spending more time there than I planned. You can catch some really good deals. For the most part, the customer service is up to par. Overall, it's just a nice place to shop, hang out, & enjoy the day!

They both have an incredible knowledge of the numerous scents from the past and the present in the various Bath/ Body works product lines. Jake should be a manager!!As my friend's favorite scent was discontinued , Jake was able to quickly introduce her to a new scent that was similar to the one that was no longer available. Lori helped me choose some fruity scents for the antibacterial gels that I love and use often ! We so appreciated their professional manner, and kindness . What an asset both are at this location. I only browsed a few items, but the few I did check out seemed to be priced higher than TV and it didn't really seem to be much of a deal. If you're on of those late night infomercial people this store is probably heaven for you, because as the name implies if you've seen it on TV you will find it here. Having said that, just because you can find it here, doesn't mean you should get it here or at all for that matter.
