A week after I left items to be sold I stopped in to see what they were priced at. I did not see 2…read moreof them - shoes & a purse. I stopped in again the following week and still did not see them so I assumed they were sold. I never got paid for these 2 items after 4 months sooooo? I brought in 2 dresses that had matching bolero style jackets. Again I stopped in to see how they were priced. Both dresses were on the rack for sale missing the bolero jackets. I questioned the salesperson on duty telling her that these were my consigned items and the jackets were missing. Response was "oh they sometimes get misplaced.". She did locate one of the jackets and promised to look for the other. I returned several weeks later the jacket was still not found. So my experience was horrible. Would. or patronize this store ever.

Today I encountered some confusion with staff about Consignment pieces. The items were listed as active, but difficult to find or missing. The store appears a bit disheveled and a musty odor was noted by myself and another shopper. While helping to search for my own Consignment pieces I found a number of empty jewelry packages and mistreated items. Possibly this due to a pending change in ownership. A worker, possibly current owner, approached me with the form of agreement that I did not receive for the items. Her rudeness , sarcasm and dismissiveness threw the enjoyment of being a consigner and customer out the door. Sad when experiences such as this happen. Hoping for them, it was an off day, but I can no longer endorse a recommendation .

I also purchased a bunch of things and I returned last week to consign a few few pieces and look around. They are very friendly and helpful and have some lovely items with great pricing. I would definitely stop in and visit if you're in the area I think it would be worthwhile. I feel badly at reading the previous negative review and that's what prompted me to write an authentic positive review.

When I walked into the store it was the most unfriendly, uncomfortable experience I have had in a long time. The vibe there was so weird. Both the owner and her assistant made me feel like I didnt belong there. No hello no welcome just a stare. There was Noone else in the store. ( they must make other people feel the same way ) I know I will never go back there. As I was driving away I thought its too bad that a place that could thrive missed the mark on basic business etiquette.

When I arrived at home I took it out of the packaging and saw there was some damage to the piece. I called the shop and they were so kind and apologized . Even though it wasn't their fault. When I asked to have it replaced they said it was the last one and I could return it for a full refund or the would discount it for me. I said what I really wanted was a new one. The owner actually ordered more just for me. The customer service was beyond my expectations. They kept in touch with me thru texts . Letting me know they were still waiting for the delivery. When they received there shipment I got a call right away . I was so delighted when I picked up my tapestry. They opened it and made sure it was perfect. They have a beautiful shop and I look forward to my next visit. Exceptional service and treasures to be found.

Customer service, particularly in the retail space seems a thing of the past but not with Al - he offers exquisite customer service from the moment you walk in the door until your business is completed! I wasn't expecting to walk into the back of the store to find a whole room full of records. Not only were there records throughout the room but they were all organized, labeled and even sections for heavy metal, rock, jazz, blues etc. I was able to go to sections and look for stuff without shuffling through things I'm not into. They have a good range of original records as well as newer records. Prices are decent as well. They also have another smaller room with CDs and cassettes, as well as a smaller section with some box sets. I probably spent about a half hour to 45 minutes just going through everything to see what I could find. I did grab some records and CDs. I will definitely stop by again if I'm in the area. Also I see a lot of reviews of the staff/owners being rude but that definitely did not happen in my visit. They greeted me when I walked in, asked if I needed help or was looking for anything and were very nice in general.
