I mentioned a concern that my mother wouldn't like it and I EXPLICITLY asked them if I would be able to return the perfume if my mother didn't like it and it was opened. The saleswoman said that I would be able to return it, even if it was opened. She even went as far as to say I could return it to any of the stores in the chain, not just that store. Then, before purchasing, I asked AGAIN just to confirm and she assured me once more that returning an opened perfume was possible. My mom didn't like the perfume, it was sickly sweet and gave her a headache (Acqua di Parisis for anyone wondering). When I tried to return it, the person at the counter said that I wouldn't be able to. I asked why the salesperson said I could when I bought it and all they did was look at me and shrug. Honestly such a disgusting sales tactic (if you could even call it that). It's a shame because the store has so much potential with the sales they have and the variety they offer but it is ruined by the unethical practices of the company. Save your money! I would suggest only coming here to smell samples and then buying them from the perfume retailer themselves.

Some stores definitely have great sales and outlet pricing, while others seem to be pretty close to their regular prices. That being said, I do feel like the outlets have improved over the years. They've upgraded the restaurant options, and there are definitely quite a few good choices now. I also like that they have a cute little activity/play area in the middle for kids, which is a nice addition if you're shopping with little ones. Overall, it's a nice place to shop, but I definitely recommend comparing prices because the deals can vary quite a bit from store to store and visit to visit.

I was then kept waiting for over 30 minutes while staff claimed they were contacting other people. In the end, they refused to let me make any purchase and would only say it was "store policy" without providing any clear explanation. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that other customers checking out around me were not being subjected to the same account review or questioning. Very unprofessional and disrespectful treatment toward a legitimate customer. Customers deserve transparency, professionalism, and basic respect. I will not return to this location.

She was responsive, sent pictures, and was patient with me when I failed to be as responsive as she was. I let her know I was looking for a bubblegum pink small Marmont and to let me know if and when her store ever got it. Within a week and a half, I got a phone call from an area code I didn't realize. I thought it was another car warranty call and was prepared to decline, but something told me to answer. I answered and it was Amanda! She let me know the mini version of the purse I wanted was in stock. I was shocked that she called me! Outlet SAs are incredibly busy, so I am so thankful that she remembered AND reached out!
