I can't tell you how many times the team has worked together to complete a color or style for me personally. I don't know how they manage it but the shop is always so clean, warm, and inviting. Every Lanza product I've purchased at Outlooks at my stylist's recommendation has worked as advertised. I've paid for services with cash, credit card, and Apple Pay. I like they have many options and I've also tipped with Venmo which is also very convenient. Parking in the front of the plaza is limited but plenty of additional parking on the side and back of the building. Making an appointment is as easy as giving them a call, stopping by for a visit, or using the online booking option on their website. Their prices for services are very competitive and reflect the quality of work and the tools used to get you an amazing style every time. I personally drive forty-five minutes each way from my home because of the quality of services and the knowledge I am in good hands.

First of all, Brittney was so responsive and flexible about scheduling, helping me schedule my trials and being so unbelievably understanding as the number of appointments grew and shrank leading up to the wedding. We had our appointments inside the salon because we had a relatively small group and didn't want to deal with finding an appropriate space in one of the hotels. We are so glad we did--- It feels so warm and welcoming inside the salon, and we even were able to put out a breakfast food spread during the appointments! Brittney did our hair for the wedding day (we also got great blowouts/curls from Marisa and Michaela the day before!) and she is amazing---she is so so talented, and our hair stayed completely perfect for our entire 14+ hour event. However, I can't say the cut was anything special and If my hair was like it was a couple of years ago, I would be very unhappy with the cut. The cut itself was very basic. The styling was awful. I already had it pulled up in a clip even before I got to the desk to pay for it. Definitely not up to date styling by any stretch of the imagination. Since having these hair issues I have been to 2 other hairdressers and they were way better at styling and the cut was alot better. It appears that the salon is geared to older women. Older like you would get a senior discount older. The salon is nothing special, a step above a barber shop. The price was $40 for a cut and blow dry, but I would rather pay more for a better cut and styling. And for you credit card people, they only take cash! I won't be back.
