That was not the case with this particular Sephora store. Everything was clearly laid out by brand and easy to find. I was able to get in and out without wandering around trying to find the exact product that I was looking for. The staff here was also really nice and helpful. From the moment I walked in I was greeted. I know that if I needed help in finding what I was looking for, I would have received the help that I needed.

Let me just say first and foremost, they absolutely brought in the energy, and not only that but everybody who came into the store was carefully attended to as well. I had SUCHH a great time, I felt like I was creating something with my friends. Otso and a girl who I am SO SAD I don't remember her name! (I hope the shop owner can please credit her in a reply!) I do in fact remember she is from Texas, and she was an absolute ANGEL! Specifically, she helped me with my Mothers perfume and being that we have opposing tastes, she was absolutely on par with helping me choose the correct layering fragrance oil. Extraordinarily knowledgeable, able to curate something that I truly would've never thought of myself. Thank you for the conversation, patience, suggestions, and just being a true human soul. Although the store setup was a little confusing lol- they had candles, summer items in the front, mens in the front, soaps, then on one side they had some wallflowers holders plugged in, and some wallflowers. Was getting nervous that they didn't have the guitar. So i tried a scent that i had brought online- cotton candy clouds, and loved it, and tried a Your Song- or secret song scent which was very good. When i walked back, i found a wall on the other side that had the other wallflower holders- including that guitar one, and a flower. But i went with the guitar. Also they have their semi-annual sale going on rn! There was a line, but it moved quickly. used a gift card to complete my purchase. think it still has a balance on it too! I simply wanted to browse, so took my time weaving in and out of the sections. Being at its own store, it's a definite upgrade from when you visit a Sephora in Kohl's. it was much larger than expected and they had a ton of products ranging from haircare to skincare, fragrance and more. I noticed they have a variety of lower end and affordable products all the way to high end Dior. The store was clean and organized. Had a nice flow. Plenty of parking at the lot is huge.
