There's no snobbery you might have experienced at retailers selling luxury brands. But I will, and have, driven the distance to visit this location because not only do they carry a good selection of sometimes hard to find product, but the entire staff is truly passionate about and experienced in the industry! They are all very helpful, listening, suggesting options, and providing the nuanced feedback very helpful when making decisions on pricey purchases. The samples are also meaningful! whereas in other beauty retail shops you either don't get testers or they put a bunch of meaningless manufactured test samples in your bag, I find that the team here really listens to customers and gears samples based on the conversation - the samples have often led me to purchases that became part of my daily routine. I highly recommend a visit! The location is great and there's a great selection in a variety of price ranges. But better yet, it's the people, their expertise and helpfulness that keeps me coming back.
