Highly recommend not only Blumercury as a retail shop in general, but this specific location! I've…read morebeen to several BlueMercury shops in NJ and FL and while all of the sales reps are knowledgeable and helpful everywhere, this location in particular stands out! There's no snobbery you might have experienced at retailers selling luxury brands. But I will, and have, driven the distance to visit this location because not only do they carry a good selection of sometimes hard to find product, but the entire staff is truly passionate about and experienced in the industry! They are all very helpful, listening, suggesting options, and providing the nuanced feedback very helpful when making decisions on pricey purchases. The samples are also meaningful! whereas in other beauty retail shops you either don't get testers or they put a bunch of meaningless manufactured test samples in your bag, I find that the team here really listens to customers and gears samples based on the conversation - the samples have often led me to purchases that became part of my daily routine. I highly recommend a visit! The location is great and there's a great selection in a variety of price ranges. But better yet, it's the people, their expertise and helpfulness that keeps me coming back.

This is a small Banana Republic... OK, it's a VERY small Banana Republic…read more I have never had a bad experience with the people at this place. This may seem like an odd comment, but the area is very upper-middle class to upper class, where you sometimes get kids working the shops who feel superior to you for no reason other than their parents are rich. At Banana, they're always willing to help you out. Just the people alone would give this location 5 stars. Unfortunately, the place is really small (I know I keep saying it, but it is). I really feel like I can stick my head in the door and see everything they have without actually going in. The lay out is pretty standard for most BRs; nicer attire in the front (read: suits, suit separates, the hot new looks), with an area in the middle for check-out, some shoes and cologne in said middle section, followed by the more casual clothes at the end. It is obvious the women's side is a little bigger, and is not interrupted by the register area which does hinder your shopping experience by making it a hassle to get through. I feel that the clothes selection is very lacking (I can speak for the men not so much the women). I can rarely go in there and find anything I need. I've gone in and seen some very nice jackets, even a sweater or two, but they are always tiny. I can never go in expecting to find anything larger than a Medium. I need a size 38 pant, and you will not find that in stores (unless it is an online return), especially not in little shops like this one. I wish I could give this location the full 5 stars due to the helpful sales personnel, the fantastic out-of-the-way location, and the always classy attire they sell. Unfortunately it is a store, and the inability to have ever actually bought anything from this location stops me from doing so. I can honestly say the only things I have ever been able to purchase at this location are either cologne, perfume, or possibly a pair of glasses. Everything else I have had to head to one of the malls and deal with that mess. I know their space is limited, but I still feel it has to be compared to other similar shops. The fact of the matter is I can't give a clothing store I have never bought any clothes from a 5... not even a 4, no matter how great the sales reps are.

This is def a small banana republic but I liked it because it was a lot less people then the one at…read morethe mall or at the outlets. Which also meant the clothes were well organized and it was easy to find what I wanted and everyone was super helpful. Only drawback for the small store is there were less choices on clothing.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Kristy A. Gonzalez at SkinSpirit. This was…read moremy first time ever doing facial balancing, and I honestly didn't know what to expect going in (especially as a male patient). From the moment I sat down with Kristy, that uncertainty completely disappeared. She was patient, kind, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process, and also took the time to educate me, answered all of my questions without ever making the appointment feel rushed, and checked in with me constantly to make sure I was comfortable. It felt like she cared about me as a person, not just another appointment on the schedule. She also made sure I experienced as little discomfort as possible, which meant a lot to me as a first timer. Kristy is extremely precise and meticulous in her work, and you can immediately tell how much she cares about what she does and the people she treats. On top of all this, she is just a lovely human and I'd describe her as warm, charismatic, and someone you immediately trust off the bat. I left feeling so happy with my results and already know I'll be going back to her when it's time for touch ups. I would definitely recommend Kristy to anyone going to SkinSpirit!

Poor communication and delays: It took me over 5 months to schedule a filler appointment last year because the manager, Mai, did not respond to my repeated emails (attached). I only got a response once I called the office, and even then, it felt like I was chasing them just to give them my business. 2. Inconsistent and misleading pricing: I was originally quoted $575 for under-eye filler in writing (attached) but was later charged $700 for the same service. This inconsistency in pricing is unacceptable, especially when it is clearly documented in their own emails. 3. Clinic-to-clinic confusion - I was quoted $1,500 for 2 syringes of PDGF in Park Ridge ($3,000 for 4), but later told by Millburn staff that their baseline price was actually $1,800 for 2 syringes. Most importantly, when I specifically asked Park Ridge if the 20% off promo at Millburn would apply to the same service and was told yes, no one told me that Millburn's pricing was higher. That critical detail should have been mentioned upfront so I could make an informed decision. Overall, between the lack of responsiveness, the long wait just to schedule, and the bait-and-switch style pricing, I cannot recommend SkinSpirit. Patients deserve transparency, consistency, and respect for their time, none of which I experienced here.
