Upon arrival, they scanned and redeemed each of our Groupon barcodes, and had us write down the codes by hand. After getting undressed and settled in the massage rooms, the chaos began. The two massage therapists talked loudly to each other the entire time -- zero relaxation. One kept leaving the room mid-massage, texting, and even talking to us while we were naked and vulnerable, insisting that our Groupon codes were invalid after they had already redeemed them. We literally had proof on our phones and even photos showing they redeemed the vouchers, but they continued to argue with us WHILE WE WERE STILL NAKED on the tables. This was not only unprofessional, it was flat-out humiliating. They wouldn't leave the room to let us change when we asked to leave. Eventually, after we were visibly upset and asking to just leave, they changed their story and said, "actually two of the codes worked" and offered to give us massages -- but at that point the experience was already ruined. We were also communicating through Google Translate the entire time, which only added to the confusion. This business clearly has no idea how to properly use Groupon and should not be offering deals on the platform if they can't verify or manage redemptions. The environment was unprofessional, sketchy, and the treatment we received was disturbing. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
