He even admitted he couldn't get readings in some areas and blamed the machine, but still said the findings were normal. I was bleeding during the procedure, and Arindra had such poor bedside manner. I kept saying that it hurt, but it was like he either didn't care or was low-key torturing patients. At this point, I'm wondering if I have a low tolerance for pain because the whole thing was so rough. I ended up with a few bruises and hematomas at the sites that were tested. Don't get an EMG done by the person they call "Jay." I refuse to call this one a doctor. A technician would have been gentler. This man even jabbed my web finger last, and honestly, it felt like he enjoyed causing pain. SMH. Even after the test was over, I had to ask him if it was actually done. There was no clear communication. This experience was traumatizing. I went in expecting a medical professional to be attentive, explain the procedure, listen when I said I was in pain, and treat me with some basic bedside manner. The first one left me with a spinal fluid leak (soaking the bed sheets with spinal fluid!) which required another surgery to repair it. This one one gave me a septic infection which put me in the ICU where my wife was told that I probably would not be going home. The wonderful hospital doctor ordered the swollen, infected area around my incision to be aspirated and tested to prove surgical infection. Before the team came to perform the aspiration procedure, Mesiwala came in and quickly ordered another nurse to administer an IV antibiotic (while he stood by and anxiously watched). This would make all of the infection tests from the surgical site come back negative. The hospital doctor on my case who ordered the test was furious about this cover-up antibiotic maneuver. She was very frank with me and said she "was shocked that he was still allowed to practice medicine but said it wouldn't go on for long." That was 18 years ago. Prior to the first surgery, a very well-known neurologist told me that Dr. Mesiwala "Has very poor judgment." A very strong statement from one MD against another, which I wish I had taken seriously. After my disastrous and nearly fatal experience, he suggested I get a lawyer and had his secretary give me the lawyer's phone number. He was on the medical board and wanted to use my case for more evidence to have Mesiwala's license revoked. I was too sick to deal with it and foolishly did not follow up. Also, prior to my surgery, even my home health nurse asked if I had done any research on Dr. Mesiwala. He then told me about the TV exposé on Dr. Mesiwala and the US Department of Justice Enterprise Corruption case for pushing a company's spinal implants after being given part of the company which made them. This is a Federal crime. I blame myself for not heeding the warnings. That's why I'm posting this for others. From billing fraud, medical documents & medical records to violating HIPAA, refusing to treat, giving wrong diagnosis to generate more income by running unnecessary tests and treatment to receive kickbacks. The staff is lazy, rude, and frankly incompetent. overall extremely unprofessional. One staff member in particular is arrogant,on a massive ego trip,angry and unhappy. Her facial expressions,rolling of the eyes, argumentative tone, condescending, callus, defensive, and combative.Lacking all empathy. I was a patient for approx a year . Only had one office visit with kJordan. During that visit I was asked to perform a series of tests ie; drawing a clock, walking in a straight line, balancing on 1 foot without arm usage etc. Jordan made insulting comments through out the entire visit "You really should be seeing a therapist" "you are very sensitive and emotional" "You aren't acting normal I recommend you seeing a psychiatrist" "these tests aren't that hard" "you aren't even trying". He mocked me and he scolded me. I received a new med, referrals to a therapist and psychiatrist.Also,requesting an EEG,MRI and a 1 hour neuro psych evaluation. After starting the new medication I had experienced some random extreme symptoms.I contacted the office multi x to inform of a reaction. April of 2022 The EEG was preformed by a staff member and by her own admission "I'm still going to school" "Dr.Jordan is a very sweet man and super cool" she explained her sister JENNIFER from HE double HOCKEY STICKS has been working for him for years and that's why he's letting her do the job. "But don't tell anyone". She went on to provide me with other personal details. An accident and hurting her back. Not being able to work. Her physical restrictions on the daily and on a job site. Her daily struggles, finances etc. At this time I expressed my health concerns and requested to speak to KJordan. He directed to "take another 30 day dose" "Your immune system will build up tolerance". He stated "it's all in your head" "you are thinking about it too much" "doesn't seem to be bothering you right now" "there's no need for me to prescribe any meds to fight the reaction let it pass". I left and the reaction got worse. I reached out, I offered to email pictures of my reaction before taking another round. Jennifer responded with "we don't have an email address." "We don't use one the Dr is old school". We continued to play phone tag. She contacted me through out the course of many months and relayed " the Dr wants you to continue medication and He will send over another refill today but, no new medications. Not until you complete a psych eval" "Dr Jordan will not treat your allergic reaction or give any recommendations for migraine treatment until you complete all test" "Dr Jordan is going to contact ur GP to discuss your med plan, allergic reaction(s)etc." " The Dr did contact your GP and they both agree not to treat you due to needing other type of help". She continued to interrogate me and instruct me to discontinue all contact until Ive completed the eval. I eventually did the evaluation and the staff still refused to schedule me. Jordan withheld all information and treatment also instructing his staff too. He caused me pain on so many levels. I even filed a grievance and With that came an extreme level of retaliation. Being accused of drug seeking, faking symptoms, Lying, not cooperating and so on. I requested a copy of my medical records. By which were mailed to me via USPS in an old distorted envelope that was to small, she had wrapped scotch tape around to prevent further ripping. Without any regard for my privacy. Within those records it showed falsifying of dates and times, number of visits and phone calls, physician notations, physician signatures, and private emails between Jordan and a psychiatrist. The same psychiatrist he referred me to that works at loma linda. She thanked him for sending patients to her. She stated "she's a great candidate" She shared our session "summery" notes in detail verbatim. She admitted to recording our session. Jordan refers all his patients as standard practice to this psychiatrist. Pure disgust!!!! Till this day I have yet to receive my original entire records and test results. Between KJordan and Jennifer they were difficult and worked very hard to push me out once I started speaking up And No one ever answers the phone. They never return any voicemails. I highly do not recommend this outdated "neurologist" and or the entire practice.
