Alexa greeted me with a smile I could see and hear through her mask! She took great care in prepping me to meet with Jesus, who talked me through the whole process as he used Ultra sound to diagnose next steps. Then Doctors Giannis and Hogg explained and executed the procedure with zero pain and minimal follow up.

I have had second lead less pace maker put in a year ago which was amazing. Still had left arm pain so was still searching for someone to listen and maybe get me some relief. My family doctor referred me to the Medical Vein clinic. So I made appointment and when I arrived I seen they specialize in legs not arms so I was worried I was not going to get any answers. Then in came Dr. Gianiis. He sat there listened to my very long story and he said let's see what I can do to get you pain free. So we did few tests and played some games with insurance for few months. Then insurance would finally let Dr Gianis put in a stent. So we did the stent placement procedure and my arm feels really great. The swelling has come down and I can finally do things with my left arm that I could not do for 3 years. Hands down very caring doctor and what to give shout out to the awesome staff. Morgan, Shannon and Georgina. All very caring and want you to feel great again. I will always recommend this office to anyone that needs vascular services. Thanks again for making me feel awesome again. Mary Dent...AKA Fedex See you guys in a year.

I work in healthcare and know some fantastic doctors, but I had never met or worked with Dr…read more Martini prior to my PCP referring me to her. So, when I say "If I could pick only one doctor in the world to be my forever doctor, it would be Dr. Martini!", it means she is the epitome of everything you'd ever want in a doctor...hands down! By the time my insurance approved my referral to Dr. Martini, I had been laid off and had only two weeks before I lost my insurance. I really didn't hold out much hope that she would be able to do anything to help me in such a short period of time. In fact, I was even warned when I booked the appointment that time was not on my side, and I probably would not get more than the initial eval completed...a realistic expectation in today's world of healthcare. That being said, within 36 hrs of the approved referral hitting their desk, I was scheduled and went in hoping something good would come out of it. Dr. Martini saw me asap, knew immediately what needed to be done, completed all the steps in that very first visit that she knew the insurance would require, requested and got an approval from my insurance and had me in surgery within a week. She was meticulous in her approach to handling my surgery, excellent in her communication with me, and has made herself available to me for any questions or concerns. She is that conscientious and concerned about her patients. Dr. Martini is one of the most thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate doctors I've ever met (and I work in healthcare and know some great doctors!) She has personally checked on me and even had me come in earlier than scheduled for a follow up just to be sure I was healing well without charging me a dime. When I say you will not find a better doctor, I mean it. On an aside, Victoria, her medical assistant, is just as compassionate and concerned for their patients as Dr. Martini. You couldn't ask for a better team to place your care in their hands. When I say I will follow them wherever they go, know that I don't say that lightly. If you have a choice, you could not find better care than with them.

I recently started Dialysis with a chest catheter, and needed evaluation to be placed with a fistula or graft in my arm. It took my Dialysis clinic 3 times contacting them before they ever reached out to me for an ACTUAL appointment. On top of that, I had an appointment at around 10:30 one morning. Not bad right? I didn't get seen until 1pm and I arrived an hour early. I was fine with it, at least I was seen and we scheduled the surgery for next Monday right? They tell me to expect a call to confirm the appointment. The date for the surgery is rolling around and I STILL haven't received a confirmation call so I start getting worried. I go ahead and call them to make sure we are still good, and they tell me I'm not even in the system!!! I waited 3 hours in their office to talk to someone well past the scheduled time for 20 mins, and they can't even schedule me correctly??? They have made this surgery incredibly stressful, and I'm still not sure when or if its going to happen at this point as they said they would have someone call me back TODAY - 2 minutes before they close. Super. If they actually do call me back today, I'll change my review.
