I've never waited longer than 5-minutes in the waiting room. I see Dr. Hoffman and he's the most precious and knowledgeable provider. Easy to talk to and really cares. The office staff wouldn't even book me an appointment unless I went to an urgent care, hospital, or primary care first. I have records showing I was getting injections at pain management but that wasn't enough for them. I have worked for physicians in billing and I know I don't need a referral for self pay. I also know docs are clueless about what is happening with office staff. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!

The care is outstanding, you book an appointment and skip the lines, and it's clean and in a convenient location aka next to a chick fil a. I absolutely loved the PA that works there so I was actually disappointed when we saw the MD at our last visit. She didn't disappoint and was absolutely wonderful as well. They aren't annoyingly conservative as other clinics can be in their approach and try to knock out whatever bug you have by pulling all the punches medication wise.

She had to scan my insurance card and license and she was put out because of that. She also had to take my copay which even further put her out. I always try and give people the benefit of the doubt but when you're already not feeling well, dealing with someone like that always makes it worse. Lobby was clean and it's pretty big on the inside with plenty of seating. Intake nurse was nice and professional and apologized for the wait. PA was professional and caring. Good bedside manners. They take the time to hear you out respond with perfect treatment to help you when you need it. I have seen dr. Blonde and doctor smollens for many years around 25+ years and I'm very happy with the treatment and courtesy given here. These folks become family freinds and doctors that care. There as I said isn't a group anywhere like this that cares about their patients like this group does. I now see dr Heather Banks in seguin texas and she also has the gift of a great mind and caring for people. I just cannot say enough about these folks in a positive light. If I had picked another doctor I don't believe I would still be here. The glory goes to God but he's using these folks to heal in his own time and way. If your having kidney issues these are the folks to seek out if you want to be survivor of it. My father did dialysis with the group for almost ten years before his death from a heart attack and if he was still here would say exactly the same thing. Since being back in January I have missed 2 infusions because of some miscommunication in scheduling. Thankfully I am in remission and in a good place. The Dr is excellent, but the quality of communication with back office is not something I would recommend. If this happens again I will have to leave a Dr I appreciate.

I had originally visited with a local oncology Dr in my hometown and had horrible experience so like anyone living in Texas the place to go is MD Anderson in Houston; tried to get appointment but they could not see me until end of October; a good friend of ours highly recommended Dr. Amy Lang and we were able to get an appointment first week of October! From day one Dr. Lang was my guardian angels. I felt at peace with her and knew i was in the right hands; she was patient, understanding and tolerant and provided the best treatment for my diagnosis. Her treatment plan is legit 100%; I've heard horror stories of what patient have gone through while undergoing breast cancer treatment and I can 100% tell you my experience was amazing. Tag team with my oncology surgeon Dr. DeBerry also at the Start Center she is so awesome; super understanding of your emotions and cares so much of what you are going through.... you're in the best hands for surgery 100%!! Let's not forget the staff.....the receptionist in the treatment area are the most friendliest ladies ever; always made me feel happy to be there; the most inviting humans ever!!! The treatment room nurses OMG are the best; they make going to treatment fun; they help you through your up and down emotions; they cry and laugh with you; literally they are AMAZING! A few areas of failure include: failed to get prior authorization for my serious surgery, failed to send my pre-surgery prescription to the pharmacy, failed to process my short term disability and failed to keep appointments set up by them! Stay away if you want to be taken care of, or even need to have confidence in your team. This team will let you down.
