I've had a great experience with this location. Have had 2 treatments and need one more. Nice staff, gentle practitioners and good pricing

So, when I say "If I could pick only one doctor in the world to be my forever doctor, it would be Dr. Martini!", it means she is the epitome of everything you'd ever want in a doctor...hands down! By the time my insurance approved my referral to Dr. Martini, I had been laid off and had only two weeks before I lost my insurance. I really didn't hold out much hope that she would be able to do anything to help me in such a short period of time. In fact, I was even warned when I booked the appointment that time was not on my side, and I probably would not get more than the initial eval completed...a realistic expectation in today's world of healthcare. That being said, within 36 hrs of the approved referral hitting their desk, I was scheduled and went in hoping something good would come out of it. Dr. Martini saw me asap, knew immediately what needed to be done, completed all the steps in that very first visit that she knew the insurance would require, requested and got an approval from my insurance and had me in surgery within a week. She was meticulous in her approach to handling my surgery, excellent in her communication with me, and has made herself available to me for any questions or concerns. She is that conscientious and concerned about her patients. Dr. Martini is one of the most thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate doctors I've ever met (and I work in healthcare and know some great doctors!) She has personally checked on me and even had me come in earlier than scheduled for a follow up just to be sure I was healing well without charging me a dime. When I say you will not find a better doctor, I mean it. On an aside, Victoria, her medical assistant, is just as compassionate and concerned for their patients as Dr. Martini. You couldn't ask for a better team to place your care in their hands. When I say I will follow them wherever they go, know that I don't say that lightly. If you have a choice, you could not find better care than with them.

Her diagnosis was different than the diagnosis from a different doctor. Hers was the correct one that saved me from enduring a lengthy, expensive, and possibly harmful treatment. I highly recommend her. She is now my vascular surgeon for all future vascular treatments.

Upon my arrival the receptionist checked me in asking for my drivers license and medical card. Then I noticed she took a snap shot of my cards on her personal phone. I thought that was an invasion of my information and thought what if she loses her phone or trades her phone in my information is on her phone. This practice is unethical and should be ceased immediately. THIS IS NOT HOW AN OFFICE SHOULD OPERATE!!!! I WILL HOLD THEM LIABLE IF MY INFORMATION IS COMPROMISED. I then saw Dr. Uribe who walks into the room I was in as asked "What can I do for you"? I advised him of the pain I was having in my legs along with weakness and all he does is check my pulse on my ankles and tells me my color on the legs was good so I had no vascular disease. REALLY !!! NO SCAN, NO MRI, NO ULTRASOUND??? Just check the pulse? I advised him I had radiation therapy for prostate cancer and perhaps a vein was damaged. His response was "It's possible "?? WTH and you cannot check??? VERY POOR SERVICE FROM A DOCTOR THAT SEEMED TO WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY!!! A Red Flag should have been raised when I walked in and saw an empty waiting room!! Terrible Service!!! RC This Review was based on the Westover Hills Office.
