Solid place, Perkins is not fine dining but bearing that in mind our party of 6 were satisfied with our food. Kids enjoyed their kids meals. Kids eat free on Tuesdays (12 and under). I would recommend the place. One ding was my white fish was half the size I think it should have been, the fillet was missing half of the fish, I only had one side of the fillet lengthways if that makes sense. I went here post COVID and the place was up to par with social distancing and practicing clean measures. The GM (Steve I believe was his name) was friendly, efficient, and flexible with my order. The food arrived very quickly. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Happy to say I was very satisfied with the food - which was a classic burger w/ onion rings. I took home a pumpkin muffin for later which I'm looking forward to eat. I accidentally dropped it (back in the container) in attempt to take a photo but I'm still excited to eat it. read more

Waited 25 mins for a server, 15 minutes to even order, another 20 minutes to get a muffin, hair in food, NO bacon, $12 for 2 pieces of French toast, and 25 minutes to get cashed out and leave. Wanna start your day w/ a good, hearty breakfast? Well, you better look elsewhere. It started when we walked in the door. My elderly grandmother and I wanted a good meal. First, we were greeted to an empty restaurant. I don't understand why the hostess made us walk all the way to the rear of the place to be seated. When an elderly person needs a walker to get around slowly, common sense would be a closer seat. The table, floor and bathroom were very dirty. My arms stuck to the table. The floor was covered in used napkins and straw wrappers. It looked like a Waste Management unloading zone. The bathroom had an aroma of a freshly gutted deer. When the place is empty, cleanliness shouldn't be a problem. The waitress was polite, and coffee service was prompt. The coffee resembled a glass of mud, not coffee. She was quick for refils, but neither my grandma nor I could choke down a cup of that stuff. Our order came out quickly, but lacked in quality. Stone-cold eggs, and french toast that tasted like it just might have come from France (because it was so stale) made me lose my appetite. The breakfast potatoes were awesome. At least for my 8 dollars, I got 50 cents worth of edible food. Perkins as a whole as sure went down hill. The Little Falls, MN restaurant is no exception. I've dined at this Perkins many times, as I am a resident of Little Falls. The service is always wonderful; smiling, kind, helpful employees. However, sometimes when you receive your food, it's luke-warm to hot, so it can be a crap-shoot as to how warm it will be. But the service is awesome. read more

i ordered chicken noodle soup and a chicken melt, it took them an hour to tell me that they were out of the soup. and it took 20 minutes for our appetizers to come out and we ordered them right away and it wasn't very busy. we wanted to pay for just the appetizers and the drinks and they tried to charge us for the food and everything else, we asked for a discount bc it took them so long to tell us they were out of the thing we wanted?!! The manager tried to argue with us saying "the food was already made" that is not our issue. that's your waiters fault for waiting to tell us that long ago?? does the waitress not look to make sure that they have everything?! obviously not. it's very annoying because that is the 3rd time that had happened every-time i've been there. please get your stuff together. it's embarrassing. y'all need to communicate more seriously. if the soup is out, TELL SOMEOME!?!! read more

Had not planned on eating here as I do not like Perkins, but Pizza Ranch was closed. Turned out for the best because im leaving a 5 star review. The service - excellent, from being seated,orders being taken and asked if needing refills or anything else. Food arrived in a timely manner. Food was hot, food that was supposed to be crisp was crisp, pancakes were fluffy and yummy. Manager came around and chexked how everything was. The problem with this particular Perkins is the extreme unevenness of the quality of the food preparation. I have had a fresh, hot burger (cooked through but not a hockey puck) and fresh, very hot, beautifully crispy and seasoned fries. Two weeks later, I get served the dreaded hockey puck with completely cold cheese, and hard (how do you do this?), barely warm, unseasoned fries. And that was at 4:30 in the afternoon and the place was nearly empty. You know those pretty pictures of the food shown in the menu? Not here. I have looked at salads I ordered and thought Who is pissed off in the kitchen?! They look thrown at the bowl and the ingredients are all stirred together. I live in town and have been to this Perkins many times over 10 years. I have one of the bad experiences and swear off them for months, then somebody I'm with wants to go there and I sometimes get that really great meal. So then I go back and Nope! we're back to downright poor food. It is unsettling, actually. It seems as if management either can't hold the good cooks, or can't control the quality of the cook's work, or never even notices what goes out of the kitchen. I do not enjoy being served a plate that says loud and clear "I don't give a ---, and you can't make me." Makes you worry about what else goes on in that kitchen. Quality of the baked goods is consistent and good although the pie crusts can be pretty gruesome sometimes (very thick, white and under-baked). I have never had any wait staff who were not friendly, cheerful and pretty darn good at their job. I'm very grateful to them. read more

Today 9-6 was the first time i have been here in over three years and it took no time at all to remember why we do not eat there. we were seated right away and it all went down hill from there. it took about 5 min before we had a waitress and we were very thrusty and it was 10 minutes just to get a glass of water. it appeared like they had only one person as a severe for the entire restaurant. we finally placed our orders and had to wait at least 45 minutes to to get our food and then part of our order came out wrong. i asked the waitress who was very pleasant with all things concidered what the the problem was this evening. she told me that the cook staff was not happy so they were just taking their sweet time to get things done. i also found the menu kinda limited and over priced and did not like that some items did not have a price. so i don't think i will not be going there again for quite sometime which is to bad being we really don't have that many restaurants in little falls mn any ways read more

Just left "Perkins" (the family Restaurant) in Little Falls, Mn the place was maybe half full ....we were seated and our order was taken they brought us our coffee and then we waited......and waited. ....and waited.....we watched other people come in get seated get their breakfast eat and leave...??? They set some syrup on our table ....waited some more....and still others that came after us were getting their food ...??? So we payed for our coffee and left. Wow!!!
