For what we got, I thought it was overpriced. For reference, between the two of us, we got a breakfast sandwich, pastrami croissant, strawberry smoothie, and a matcha. It cost $37 before tip. They also had a variety of items to eat! They have donuts, muffins, breakfast plates, pastries and sandwiches! The ambiance here is very cozy and welcoming. It was a rainy day so it felt good to be there and like I said, the staff was awesome. Even the patrons dining there were great. You get the feel of home when you're there. The menu is written on the chalkboard so you know they must post seasonal or daily specials. We had a breakfast sandwich and the Ultimate Hoagie. The breakfast sandwich was an egg, cheddar cheese and your choice of ham or turkey on your choice of bread. I chose a croissant and turkey sandwich. It was perfect! The croissant was light, flaky and buttery. Paired with the egg, turkey and cheddar cheese, it just melted in my mouth! The Ultimate Hoagie was on a sourdough roll and you can choose roast beef or turkey. This was a roast beef hoagie. It had arugula, garlic aioli and a roasted red pepper spread with provolone cheese (forgive me if I'm wrong about the cheese!). I completely forgot to take pictures of the menu! Finding a nice spot modern to go out with friends in the AV is a bit difficult or repetitive. I stumbled upon this coffeehouse and going inside has been one of my greatest decisions. The food & drinks: They were so yummy and I even went back for a second drink. I got the honey Matcha which is very good, and the Nutella mocha which I would only recommend if you're a huge fan of chocolate. The pastrami croissant had a spread on it that was so yummy! Both me and my friend each got one and ate every bit of it. If you're looking for something not as heavy I would go with the scone. Place & service: The staff is very nice and even brought things out toward table. There is a lot of room for you to sit with a friend whether it's on a table or on the couch. Amazing food and coffee choices!! My daughter rated her peanut butter coffee latte 10 out of 10!! We stopped by on our way to camp grounds up the mountain and what a way to recharge :) I had the beef hoagie and it was soooooo delicious!! The service was also excellent! We went in today for a quick coffee and I was looking for somewhere with good reviews off the freeway. It was a nice chill spot and they had a cool side menu for the season with all the staffs personal creations like a peanut butter coffee. I got the White chocolate mocha with hazelnut and one shot instead of the 2 it comes with. Man, it was banging!! Very yummy. I'm new to town & it was a such warm feeling walking in here for the first time. Staff was super friendly! I asked the cashier if she preferred the chocolate chunk or white chocolate blended drink, she said she preferred the chocolate chunk so I tried it and she wasn't wrong! So glad she recommended the chocolate chunk. So delicious! I also got a chocolate donut. I stayed for a bit because it felt like a comfortable place to sit and hang. Other customers were around and seemed like regulars who knew the staff so it's always nice to that in a coffee shop. The one thing I would complain about is the burnt bagel! My daughter ate barely any of it. The one coffee shop in Acton and Anita (the owner) sets the bar really high! In our short stay, we visited 3 times and would have more if we had been able! The cold brew was beyond delicious, and we could have guzzled it all day. We also had lunch there, and they handled modifications due to dietary preferences with ease. Everything was fresh and delicious. It's clear that they take their jobs very seriously, ensuring that both food and drink are top-notch. Anita engages everyone in the shop and makes you instantly feel like a friend that you have known for years. Everyone who works there is absolutely delightful and helpful! Scones. OMG, Anita was telling us about her lavender/Nutella scones and, upon finding out that Michelle loves both flavors, proceeded to make a batch while we sat and worked on the comfy couch. Seriously, the best scone I have ever had! I would be 300 pounds if I lived in Acton! A must stop. One of the friendliest coffee shops I've been to. The ladies are all smiles and actually greet you not just yell out welcome to "Starbucks". Coffee is great and the cafe is super clean.
