They are neat, they are tidy, they actually seem to give a crap about me, my house, and my belongings. They came in assessed the problem, fixed the problem, taped a work hut up in the kitchen to keep the mess down. Removed the damaged items, dried the area out over a few days. Replaced the insulation and drywall, painted the walls, and the entire ceiling. Then when all was said and done, they cleaned the whole are and put our furniture back in place, and dusted it. Permadry was like a gift from heaven, when they fixed the 10 foot crack. You could literally hear the water running in the crack before it was fix. We now have a guest room complete with on suite. Just this spring I had noticed a small damp area on the floor where the crack was fix. We exposed the crack and found some leaking around the injection tubes. We called Permadry and we were put on a schedule for inspection. Danny Cole arrived and without hesitation told us the entire crack would be fixed under complete warranty.
