I showed up and she was honestly a little rude, but hey- the lashes were getting done so I was happy about that. She also kept saying that I had "so many lashes" in a negative tone, which sounded like a complaint to me in a way? Anyways, after the appointment I scheduled a fill in appointment 2 weeks out on August 5. About a week prior to that fill-in, I messaged Crystal asking if she has another day available that week. She responded that she didn't have anything for the entire month of August. So was I was supposed to get my fill-in on the 5th of August and then not have another appointment until September...? How am I supposed to keep them looking good? For those that don't know, you're supposed to get them filled in every 2 weeks, maybe 3 if you absolutely have to. I'm posting today on the 30th, about a week and a half after my initial full set, and my lashes are already in desperate need of a fill in. Why did she volunteer her services if she didn't have the availability to take care of me as a customer long term? I posted screenshots of our conversation. It just feels like she took my money for vacation or to pad her pockets with no intention of being able to keep up with fill ins every 2 weeks. If you have the type of schedule that allows you to book multiple appointments out for 2-3 months- Crystal is your girl! But if you need any type of appointment or time alteration, even a week and a half out, don't come to Envy.

I chose the natural look. She let me choose the length of the lashes, but I was clueless so I let her use her professional expertise to decide. Overall I am very happy with the lashes and service. They are a tad bit longer than I like but I've had them for about 2 weeks now and have experienced very little shedding. They are the most lightweight and comfortable lashes I have ever worn. I actually couldn't feel the lashes at all, there was no transition period. I highly recommend Crystal and I will be a repeat customer when in the area.

The highlights were poorly done, not light snd bright and because my hair is thick some are not even visible! 2 shampoos later and I am upset because I am going on vacation next week and came in specially to get bright highlights put in. They also did corrective color on reddish color that was put on by a previous salon. The red still came thru after a few washes. Looking for a better salon in another area. The only good thing I can say is my haircut was okay and they took off charges for the horrible mess they made out of my hair.

The first time I went, I got a pedicure and a full set. I showed her the length, shape, and design I wanted for my nails and was quoted $85. She cut the nails down shorter than I wanted, but I wasn't really too worried about that. I'm not super picky and I figured they'd grow to the length I wanted in a couple of weeks. When I went back for a fill the price was more than I was expecting. Their website says $50 for a fill (which is kind of high IMO), but when I went to check out I was charged more, so I asked for a receipt. Come to find out they charge an extra $5 for shape, and another $5 for length. My nails are active length, nothing crazy, and they're almond shaped. Why the extra charge? Shouldn't shaping come with the fill? I didn't ask for a shape change, and almond is super basic. I was wondering why she kept asking me if I wanted to keep the length the same. It would've been nice if she was upfront and told me there would be an extra charge. I wouldn't have cut them, but at least be upfront with your customers so they know what to expect. There aren't a lot of mail shops in town so I feel like this place takes advantage of that and charges whatever they want. It's a shame because I'm a pretty loyal customer when I find the right place. I refuse to be taken advantage of so I will never return, and won't allow my daughter to return either.

She walked me in and talked to me about the different services that they offered. I got a facial ($75) and a body wrap ($30). The area was clean and fresh. She wiped down everything before she got started. Throughout the facial she made sure I was comfortable. She wore gloves and used professional products. After my facial I got the body wrap. She put a cream on my abdomen ( it warms and tingle a little)and wrapped me with some type of Saran Wrap. She told me to leave it for no more than two hours. Tenisia was very pleasant and professional. This experience was very relaxing and I will definitely recommend them to others and I will be back.
