So far I've been through a few treatments with Noushi and it's been a very smooth process. The treatments are quick and effective. I've already seen quite a reduction in my tattoo, even though it's on my wrist (lower extremity)! Noushi also makes a point to get to know you, which I really like. She proceeded to start injecting my smile line with just a little bit of one syringe left and put the filler next to my smile line instead of inside my smile line and said she was putting in more filler in my lips for hydration. I feel like that was a waste of my filler because I wasn't asking for more hydration. The next time I went, the new injector, I saw was amazing, but I feel like we ran out of filler before finishing my smile lines due to the previous injector, wasting the filler on things that I did not need and putting it not where I wanted it. She also had a not so welcoming attitude as I had multiple questions with it being my first time. Due to her wasting filler my smile lines was not finished and my lips don't even look that great. Probably would have continued my treatments there if my emails and text to the nurse would have been responded to and they tried to make it right but being ignored is a good way to get a bad reputation! You see responses to the other bad reviews saying get in touch with them but no contact information, no compensation for peoples time and what they put people through. Don't believe responses until u see them compensating people for their behavior! It's all about money to them. I don't like my lips or my smile lines and still having to pay.

The immediate impression was the lady at the desk was very nice, however I felt that she was reciting from a sales pitch. It rubbed me the wrong way. Keep in mind, I've had a tattoo removed before - it was about 3" around. 3 visits and $900 to get it removed. Once Removery employee measured this tattoo that I'd like removed (it's approximately 2" x 2 1/2", not filled in, an outline. She quoted me 10-12 visits and $1921! She asked if I wanted to start that day, I said absolutely not. I don't hate it that much to pay you almost two grand! She gave me more sales pitch about improved lasers, etc. I just didn't care for the whole delivery and reciting facts. Personally, don't recommend. Really felt like highway robbery and just kind of "scammy". Just my experience.
