My technician Irais was a complete professional and so nice. She talked to me in detail about each procedure before it began and made sure I was 100% happy with her services before I left. She offered me plenty of water and snacks being that I was there for a little while due to having 2 services done. She made sure I understood everything about my upkeep and sent me home with plenty of paperwork explaining everything I need to do in order to have the best results. The office is very clean (waiting area, coffee/beverage bar, and service room), safe (sanitized, proper PPE, etc.) and beautifully kept. The service that I received was eyebrow micro blading, Irais did such an amazing job and I love how she explained me a step-by-step what she was doing. I was very scared in the beginning because the procedure was in my face, So I wanted everything to be perfect but after talking to Irais I felt no doubt that I had made the right choice. I had Irais do some micro shading on my freckle/ beauty mark over my lip. It was partially removed when I was a child because they thought it was cancerous, it thankfully was not, but I missed having it. The process was not painful (for me) she's super nice and professional and CLEAN! She'll show you the packaged needle before opening it, she explains the process and has plenty of colors for you to pick from. I went to fix my eyebrows to Boost. I had them tattooed long time ago and looked very fake. After a few sessions of removing the ink (painless and fast) She started over and did microblading on me.
