Erica did an amazing job nanoblading my eyebrows! I have a big scar on one of my brows and she covered it up perfectly, it looks so natural! She is clearly a master of her craft and put so much care and detail into her work. I have also gone to Allison a few times for lash lifts and she is wonderful! I waited a week before writing this review. I was beyond thrilled when I left the clinic, but being that this is semi-permanent makeup, I wanted to sit with it for a bit before writing anything. So, a week ago, I got my eyebrows microbladed. Erica is AMAZING! First, she's just a good person. You get that vibe right away from her. She was warm and welcoming and her location is pretty awesome. My brows are patchy and light in color. In other words, it looks almost like I don't have them. Poor Erica had a rough palette to start with. We discussed what shape and thickness I wanted and I showed her a few pictures. Then she took all kinds of time (which is a really good thing) to perfect measurements and make adjustments as needed. It's a little shocking at first to see the lines on your face - especially since I'm a red head and have super pale skin. But it is great because you get an idea of what you are going to look like before anything is really done. Erica was open to tweaks I wanted to make and super accommodating. She explained things when I asked questions and I really felt like I was being listened to. It sounds a little weird to say that, but it's incredibly important when I'm going to have to live with these eyebrows for over a year. Erica did a great job of explaining what to expect and how the procedure itself was going to go. She numbs the brows a bit and begins. The first pass really does feel like scratching. It's uncomfortable, but not painful. After the first pass, more numbing meds and then for the second and third pass, I couldn't feel a thing. I took a look and couldn't believe my eyes!! You could see my eyebrows!!! The color was absolutely perfect!!!! We discussed how the color would fade and such so expectations were set properly. The color was not too intense, so I wouldn't look odd for a few weeks while it healed. And when it fades, it will look REALLY natural. Every day, I wake up and love love love my brows! I can go out without makeup or a hat! This will be a part of my budget. I HAVE to have this in my life. I cannot go back to powders that come off as soon as you touch it, pencils that look odd, colors that don't match, so on and so on. Microblading is the answer to my brow needs!! Erica did such a bad @$$ job, I cannot wait to go back and get my lash line enhanced. I trust her with any and all of my permanent makeup! read more

Erica is the best!!! This is my second appointment with her and I absolutely love my eyebrows. For some reason in college my eyebrows thinned out a lot and I lost a lot of confidence and would usually spend 20 minuntes a day working on them to make them look thicker. I would even carry make up in my backpack in case my eyebrow make up started to rub off. I cannot believe how natural Erica made my brows look. Erica is amazing at what she does. I got the "I woke up this way" package that includes eyebrows, eyeliner and lips. We met and went over what my goals were and decided on eyelash enhancement versus eyeliner, microblading and powder combo and full lips. I started with nude lip color and went darker on the touch up. I then went in for regular lash perm and tints with semi-permanent mascara. I still go to Erica for touch ups and recently had Carolina do my lash extensions and dermaplaning facials. I never wear makeup, have to use makeup removers or have smeared mascara. Best thing I have ever done!! Highly recommend. I do hot yoga and swim and never have to worry. read more

Erica is absolutely amazing. She did permanent makeup for my eyes, lips, and brows. I am beyond thrilled with the results. I didn't come prepared with what I wanted. I'm a makeup novice. I had no idea if I was warm or cool or even how to shape my brows. Erica is a perfectionist and you will benefit from it! I really wanted to look natural and she did an incredible job of enhancing my face without making me look like I wear a lot of makeup. Even her pre and post visit instructions are way more detailed that other places. She gives you everything you need to help you have wonderful results. She also made the experience comfortable. She asked me what music I wanted to listen to and I deferred to her. I figured that the artist should have her favorite tunes playing while she worked, but she turned on music that I like. I didn't even know how much I would appreciate having songs that I was familiar with would help me to sit still and deal with the irritation of having my face tattooed. I purchased a groupon with this company back in August. I will say I always wait to write reviews for things like this just because results can change over time. It has been 7-8 months since I did both my microblading session with Erica and my eyebrows still look AMAZING. She also offers affordable touch ups if you need it-which was a perk I was not expecting. Erica was VERY knowledgable and perfectionist with her work. You can tell this is something she enjoys and is very passionate about. Aside from her work, her bedside manner was excellent. She is a genuinely kind-hearted person and makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. Most importantly she takes the time to listen to your needs and sets REALISTIC expectations and recovery times. Erica always responded to my emails promptly which I have not had from other places I've tried. Overall, I am SO SO glad I found this gem. I am scheduling an appointment to try microneedling with her- will provide a future reviews on that service. I follow her on instagram and her work speaks for itself quite frankly. Honesty, I can't even say enough good things about Erica. I have been wanting to get my eyebrows micro bladed for a solid 2 years and have always been to afraid. I did a lot of research and found that Erica had the best reviews and before/after pics. My initial appt she was super friendly and open and took her time and explained everything. After the appt I loved my brows and the healing process was so easy. The touch up, Erica took her time and didn't rush and answered all my questions.....I didn't think my brows could look any bette but sure enough they were perfect. Dont trust them with your money girls and do your research!!!!! I went online and set up my appointment. Im mixed and because of that i have hyper pigmentation and hypo pigmentation. I marked it in the online consultation. And I put in my deposit. Don't trust them with your money! Or maybe go in with a in person consultation because I went in thinking that it wouldn't be a problem because I have tattoos and they are fine and I haven't had any issues with my piercings or anything getting keloids either. i have a lot of piercings. Anyways I was turned down and promised a refund. Which was frustrating because they never contacted me or even looked at my online consultation up until the appointment and I still made the trip to their location. But I never got my money. I called multiple times they also rarely answer the phone. I eventually just gave up because I was so busy and it was before the holidays but it was also very frustrating because it was before the holidays and that money could have gone towards someone else, but the one time I was going to splurge on myself it didn't even work out and I lost money. read more
