i finally decided to get my brows done.... i wanted to have them filled in with the microblading technique to keep the natural look. Amazing results! I usually only use Yelp to find places with good reviews but this place warrants giving a review. I went and got permanent eyeliner (top and bottom) and I am sooooo happy with the results. I was a little freaked out at first about going given my fear of needles but Yolanda is great and it was done really fast - only minor discomfort and AMAZING results. Permanently Your's is absolutely perfection at its best! Yolanda is very professional, down to earth and she listens to what you want. She takes great pride in her work and it shows, not just by my review but by all the others as well. I decided to have my eyebrows redone from 10 years ago since they were all faded out. Since Yolanda had such great reviews, I decided to give her a call. Initially, my eyebrows were done at a Nail Salon in San Leandro, as well as my eyeliner. Needless to say, my eyebrows were all faded out and also I was left with a botched job on my eyelid from when I had my eyeliner done. The color had run under the skin which made it look like I had eye shadow on one eyelid all the time. It had been like that for over 10 yrs. When I went to Yolanda she completely re-did my eyebrows into a beautiful shape to fit my face. She was very meticulous on drawing them on evenly before she even did the permanent color. And also, to my surprise, she was able to fix that botched job on my eyelid by matching the color closest to my skin tone which completely covered the discoloration so that it looked like my own skin. That just blew me away! During both procedures, I got to watch what she was doing by holding up a mirror which helped re-enforce my confidence in her and made me feel more at ease and comfortable. After all, having something permanent done does make one a little on edge especially if it's on your face. But all in all, I was totally pleased and very happy with the results. It has certainly made my life a whole lot easier getting ready in the morning now. I even scheduled an appointment to have my eyeliner touched up in a navied-plum color. I can't wait! More to follow............ By the way, whoever the person was who gave Yolanda a bad review must have been having some other underlying issues going on that were taken out on her. I was totally shocked to have read that. I don't believe for a minute that the eyebrow procedure done came out horrible. After looking at the photos, I thought they came out very nice. Anyone can tell that Yolanda takes great pride in her work and would never do anything to jeopardize that. If anyone was ever unhappy with their procedure, it is my belief that Yolanda would do everything in her ability to help rectify the issue. As with all cosmetic procedures there are certain risks involved as well as and certain maintenance/care instructions that need to be followed during the healing process. I first met Yolanda 5 years ago when I needed my eyebrows re-done after almost ten years. She did a fine job then and she just did an amazing job again today when I returned for a touch up. The color of my brows had faded into a somewhat orange like tone, so she first did a corrective touch up to give it a more natural base before she applied the actual brow color. I was surprised how quick the whole procedure was - my appointment was at 9:30am (which Yolanda also accommodated to meet MY schedule request at such short notice) and I was out and about by 10:45am. Even though the procedure was a lot quicker this time , she made sure that I was satisfied with the color and the shape and respected my requests for any adjustments. I will definitely come back to her when it's time for another touch up in a few years. I had my eyebrows done last month by Yolanda and boy, they came out great! She really takes the time to make sure the shape and color are exactly what you want before actually going through with the tattooing, needless to say I was overall impressed with her knowledge and patience. As I'm getting older the hair on my eyebrow is starting disappeared, so I'm looking through Yelp to find eyebrow tattoo. I found Yolanda from Permanently yours. Based on the review, I decided to have eyebrow tattoo with her. She did a good job on drawing eyebrows and mixing the color to match with my hair. Once the tattoo healed, the color will be slightly faded at least about 10-20% . this is normal. The price is reasonable. Marvelous job Yolanda. I would recommend her . read more
