Wanted to write this review to share my encounter that I had with this man driver woke me up at…read more3:30 AM that he had a blown tractor tire and that he had contacted Junior services for help getting it repaired. The driver had asked him if he accepted card as form of payment he had said yes so we thought everything was fine. He completed services. Everything was fine but after he was done repairing the tire, he called me asking me how I was gonna pay him. I told him that the driver had the credit card to make the payment and he told me you know what I'm gonna tell the truth I have problems right now with child support and I can't run your card because they're taking my money away. I explained to him that that's why I have the credit card for emergencies because I couldn't afford to pay him the $460 out-of-pocket at that point cause I had other payments to make he asked me well what can you round up? What can you get me? I told him that if it was going to be Zelle, I could only do 300 Because that's the only thing I had available at the moment And he told me to ask the driver for more so we could give him the full $460 And I told him that I couldn't do that to the driver and he said oh that's fine. Don't worry about it. I'm gonna have to call somebody to take the tire off. I had to call my brother to see if he can lend me some money. He sent me $100 and then I told the driver to tell him to see if he would accept $400 and he still said no and that he was gonna take the tire off so by that point i asked my brother for the other $60. My brother sent me the money and I told him I was gonna pay him and then he said no don't worry about it Just save it so you could pay all the tickets. The DOT is gonna give you because it's my job to inform the DOT when something isn't right and can affect third parties. at that point, I got a call from my driver, letting me know that the DOT had arrived and had told my driver that the DOT was there because he had told them that he was gonna take the tire off and that we we're gonna drive off without any tires by that time. My driver told him that was a lie that he was that he wasn't gonna move at the end the DOT ask driver to show proof of payment and they let him go but this comes to show you how this guys works be careful with this guys if he doesnt get what he wants he will call the dot !

I told them that the wheel was missing and needed a wheel dolly to load the car. The "dispatcher" said that he would put a wheel skate to prevent any further damage. Okay so no problem, right? Wrong!! The car showed up at the automotive shop I work at with the front bumper ripped off and no wheel dolly on the car. The driver needed HELP with unloading the car. So I grabbed a floor jack to help him. What a joke. I will probably drop my insurance only because they use this terrible towing company. The best part is I reached out to the company to simply discuss the issue and no one will talk to me about it. The owner has my number and refused to talk to me. My car may not be valued to this towing company but I love my little.

Yesterday my brother totaled my truck and was rushed to MCH after being hit by an 18-wheeler head on. I had someone on location of the wreck since I was at the hospital frantic, not knowing if my brother and his passenger were even alive. I spoke to their driver and made arrangements for my truck to be taken to my kid's house. (ALREADY AWARE they will fuck you any chance they get) My contact on location speaking with the driver agreed to pay them upfront for the fees (because be damned if they do it w/o payment first) He quoted us somewhere up to $175 to take it 2 miles. GREAT, AGREED and done deal, I thought.... my contact and the driver called me back to verify I agreed to her taking the belongings thrown over the road, and in the back of the truck. 2 hours later, still sitting in the waiting room of MCH to find out the fate of my brother, my contact calls me to tell me they took it to impound because there wasn't any insurance in the vehicle. OMG, WTF is wrong with y'all?? You didn't mind calling me to verify you would get paid and how, get my consent on the belongings (ALL tools of value) BUT YOU COULDN'T contact me to ask me to send my insurance card to you?? NOOOO you sideways ass, no good for nothing POS, greedy and living off the backs of locals with the help of OPD. So, today I call and ask why, they say the driver says he NEVER spoke to anyone at the scene. And I tell her how SHITTY that is to now instead of $175, I have to have $650 to get it AT MINIMUM. Then this bitch tells me "He didn't quote you $175 because the fee at minimum is $450. I asked, "what the fuck for" she replied "FOR GOING OUT TO THE CALL" Are you serious?? OPD called you for the kickbacks they get. There are OTHER HARDWORKING, HONEST, AND FAIR TOW TRUCK COMPANIES. And by damn we should get a say about who OPD has a contract with or what company gets our business. You mean to tell me this is what this company charges every accident they get called to?? On top of that, the come haul the vehicle off, NOT ON YOUR BEHALF, then charge you some bogus as price, and if you don't come pay their price, they "auction" your vehicle and charge you for that as well and add it to YOUR CREDIT. Knowing these greedy, dirty bitches are junking it making money off your shit, or they offer you to bring your title to them, sign it over and they will charge you another $250 on top of what bogus ass charges they already have figured up. Not only is your driver a liar, hell both of you. The entire company should be ashamed. FUCK YOU NEAL POOL!!
