DO NOT go to this Forrest Brothers!!!!! I bought a set a $2000 dollar tires about 2 to 3 months ago for my GMC Sierra 2500. Service seemed nice and the techs (i thought) looked hard working and attentive. I checked out the job they had done and everything looked good at first. However when i left and got to my next destination, when i got out of my truck and looked at the tires i noticed that one of my caps for my VERY EXPENSIVE CUSTOM RIMS was missing. So i called the front desk and informed them, and traveled back to the location. The Forrest Brother front desk told me that they looked on the cameras and it showed that on that side of my truck when i left location my cap was still on. So the techs looked around the parking lot and in the immediate area and didn't find it. THESE GUYS FORGOT TO SCREW DOWN MY CAP. So a guy named Dillon assured me that they would contact the manufacturer to get a replacement for me. Mind you this was THREE MONTHS AGO!!!! For the first month i would check in once a week and ask if they got my cap replacement in yet and every single time they told me that they were still working on it. To this day they haven't once called me (my contact Dillon) at this location to give me any kind of update, to just say "Hey i know you've been waiting on your cap replacement but were still working it and we'll let you know something as soon as we hear" NOTHING. That is terrible customer service i still haven't been made whole and i don't recommend any Midlander trust these guys. I work for the oldest and one of the largest Steel manufactures in the US and i've instructed ALL of my guys from the warehouse, to the assembly lines, to the office, out to the Field Service Reps to stay away from Forrest Brothers in Midland/Odessa. And if you do plan on patronizing this location, YOU BETTER MICRO MANAGE EVRYTHING THAT IS DONE ON YOUR VEHICLE, DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD ON ANYTHING. read more

Go to Discount!!! Unprofessional "too busy for this shit today" Blamed me for his miss order of my "runflat tire" I called back in October and talk to the manager Jacob. He ordered me what he said was a comparable run flat to my Perelli P7(what I got was not a run flat, but was sold to me as one) I called back now and ask them to order me a second run flat of the same brand because I got a new flat tire and I come to find out the tire that was ordered for me in October was not the rent that we had discussed, and when I asked. "so just screw me right?" his response was "yup I guess so" completely blamed the ordering of the wrong tire on me and pushed all of the blame onto me after having a thorough discussion with him about the three other runflat tires I had on my car and I needed an 4th to last the holiday. read more

I've been to Forrest Brothers multiple times and they've always taken care of me . The last 2 times my valve stems on my tires have failed and these guys have fixed them immediately. Hats off to them for making my day a lil easier read more

I brought my truck to Forrest Brothers for an alignment, before opening around 6:57am (they open at 7am). To my surprise, they already had some bay doors open and seemed to be working on vehicles. Everyone was very friendly and it wasn't hard to get my questions answered as well as get my truck started on. I was advised my truck would be out and ready in an hour to an hour and a half the latest. The turnaround would be relatively quick so I decided to wait for it instead of having my wife pic me up. That was a huge mistake. Truck went in around 7am and was not done till 10:10am, 3 hours later. During my time there I was not updated on the status of what was going on or why it was taking them so long. On top of that I was charged 350 dollars for alignment plus "extra parts". I don't know how the tire business is run but I'm pretty sure if any vehicle needs an extra part(s) of any kind they will advise you first and inform you what the cost will be, before considering to installing it. That was not the case. I was given my keys with an invoice of 350 dollars. The only reason I did give some stars was because the office/shop was relatively clean, the employees where exceptionally nice, & my truck came out driving as if it was brand new again. The reason for the negative rating was because of the poor communication between shop/office & the client, extremely long wait time (3hrs), unauthorized installation of new parts, and somewhat high price. I was very displeased with the service provided here at Forrest Brothers. Will I come here again? It is likely that I won't. My advice to anyone, shop around get estimates and quotes. Called to get an estimated time for a balance rotation. Was put on hold for 10 minutes then disconnected. I called back and was greeted with "help you". I replied with "excuse me" and she got back mildly professional only thing put me on hold again for 15 minutes. I hung up and am writing this review. If you have someone answering the phone, and they are the FIRST person interacting with the entire outside world for business and you can't even give me a timeframe or be professional on the phone, what does it say for the rest of the facility. Negative stars. This place don't tell you anything. I called for an alignment they said bring it down I go to the address on the website. I go in and they send me to the building next door that guy tells me only 18 wheelers here and send me to the store on 8th street again I go in and I'm told its the building next door. this is something they should have told me on the phone when I called. You shouldn't have to go to all the stores to find out you keep going to the wrong place everytime. Just because they couldn't have told me exactly where I needed go I will not do any business with this company. I know they won't even miss my business but just the same they will not get any of my money. read more

While wait is short and tire mounting professional in previous visits, greed of a salesperson ended up sending me on my way on a doughnut when he couldn't convince element fleet I had to have for new rims and four new tires when I went in for a flat repair, spin balance all the way around and possibly two rims that have been shaking me apart. They'd claimed to fleet all belts have separated and it's against policy to repair that tire. I had them put the tire with the leak back on and I went over to discount tire at grandview and 42nd street. There, I simply asked for a tire repair. One was worn abnormally, the one causing the shaking and others fine. They happily repaired that tire for no charge. If element hadn't made a deal with forrest, I would have happily given my business to discount tire. read more

I do not recommend Forrest Brothers Tire and Alignment in Odessa at all! I got there at 8:15 AM to get my front two brake pads and rotors changed. Noe told me it would be 3 or 4 hours maybe 5. I said that was okay and waited there outside the whole time. After 3 hours they hadn't even taken the car back. My boyfriend called 2 separate times and days before this and was quoted anywhere from $380-400. I know quotes aren't exact so I was okay if it was a little more. They end up saying that it's going to be $580. I talked to the girl that quoted the $400 THAT MORNING and Noe again and he says they'll have to take a look again because this and that (he started trying to confuse me with car terms). All of a sudden the price goes down to $413. My car had been pulled in for 30 minutes already and they hadn't even started on it. I asked how much longer and Noe said an hour and a half. That was at 12:50, I'd been there for over 4 hours already. I said okay no problem. 2:30 and my car still isn't ready. I called and they said they ordered the wrong parts for it so it'd be another hour. Finally at 3:15 it was ready. I asked if I could get a discount since it took 7 hours and Noe said "it's a mechanic shop, I can't do nothing for you." no apologies or anything. 7 hours to change 2 break pads and rotors!! read more

I tell everyone I know to go to Forrest Tire. They are honest people and we have used them for years!! Whether we were broken down on the road 20 miles outside of town or have just came in with a tire that goes flat, we can depend on them to do the right thing. If a tire can be safely repaired, then they repair it, not try to sell you a new tire or a new set of tires. While there are tire places all about gimmicks, Forrest brothers are all about service, honesty and just being good folks. read more

We were passing through and had trouble with our Jeep that we tow behind an rv. It appeared to be wheel bearing/hub issues so towing it further did not seem possible. We wanted to leave town that day so considered leaving it and then making the 500 mile trek each way to pick up later. Surprisingly, Forrest Tire called us within an hour with an assessment and then had the repair complete within 2 hours! The price was reasonable also! Definitely recommend them! read more

They lost my tire info the first time I went here to get tires approved through my company so I had to come back a second time. The second time I came back they did not listen to a word I said and approved cheaper Hancook tires. Now I had to wait even longer to get the correct tires approved. Their manpower looks grossly mis-managed. I was second in line when they opened and it took almost 2 hours to get me out of here. While other customers where in and out. They lost my friends truck last week. I should have stayed away. I'll be recommending another tire shop indefinitely. read more

While on our cross country trip back to Los Angeles, my wife and I got in our rental car at 6am after a good night's sleep in Odessa only to notice we had a flat tire. Needed to be careful not to damage tire since it was completely down. Had AAA tow the vehicle from the hotel to Forrest since it was open the earliest in the area. Was so impressed that they took me right in and repaired (patched) the tire and had us on our way in 30 minutes. They could have tried to make me buy a new tire or even 2. Maybe it is because we live in LA and are used to folks trying to rip everyone off. It was so refreshing to see honest and nice people helping us out.
