Wow!! Love this salon. So professional and polite. I walked in at 4pm for a haircut and blow dry and was out the door in 35 minutes! I asked for only a trim and showed her exactly how much I wanted off and she did exactly that, a lot of stylist will cut off way more than what you asked for but not them. First time Parisa told me the cost for full color and hair cut will be $ 150 after she was done she charged me $ 210 when I said that is no the price we had agreed upon she told me okey I will charge you $ 170. A month after I went back for root color and touch up the cut she had given me she charged me the same $ 170 and when I asked for a towel because when she was washing my hair something went inside my eyes Parisa gave me a towel that was used on the previews client all wet and was lay-down on the chair next to me, I told her I am taking about my eyes can you give me something clean? Then she gave me a paper towel. Then her assistance used the same comb that Parisa was using on me on another customer with out disinfecting. She is good but she has no ethical business so no more trips to her store I think the Department of Health Services should make a visit to this salon. read more
