Well-designed and well-run; a great experience! We did the pirate themed room; fun set and props, complex but doable puzzles and the staff who helped us was really great at working with us beforehand (we were playing shorthanded). I really want to try the other rooms now. I think this is maybe my 10th escape room total, and this one holds up really well compared to others I've played! read more

Don't let the Bates Motel exterior deter you - this place is awesome, and the staff are the best! I brought a group from a conference I was attending and we didn't have as many as we originally planned, so only used one room instead of the two we reserved, but the staff were super nice about it. The scenario was well scripted and the puzzles were tough, but doable with different skills required for each. I will absolutely bring people back here every chance I get! read more

We have done Marauders Mutiny, and Gemini with a group of 3. Made it out of both just in time! The staff was very polite and helpful. We were first timers at an escape room and instantly were hooked! Challenging and fun puzzles. Can't wait for them to change the rooms up! Would definitely recommend if you've never been to one and are thinking of going. Or even if you have been to one before, these are a blast! read more

Such a fun time!!! This was my second "escape room", and we had a couple first timers with us, so we chose the "easier" pirate themed room: a total success! We went in with the goal of having fun, but we also really wanted to escape in the time limit, so we were focused! Lots of laughter, adrenaline, and exasperation to be had. Helpful hint... don't be afraid to use your hints!! Overall, this ranks just as high as the one we did in Bellevue, fun games, wonderful hostess, great aesthetics, and an awesome memory to look back on. Can't wait to do the other rooms here! read more

Our host was Dalton who hung around at the end and answered our many questions. He did a great job and was very nice. Our escape adventure had a maximum of 4 participants and we had 4 of us so it was perfect. We had fun with some help from the voice in the speaker so that made it less frustrating. I like the decor in the main lobby and along the hallways outside the rooms. Even the restroom indicator is in giant sized Scrabble pieces. Very creative. I also liked the wall that highlighted each Gamemaster and told us a bit about each of them which shows that Atomic cares about their staff. As another review mentioned, it was a bit noisy during the game but it didn't bother us at all as we added our own noise to the general ambiance of the place. Overall, we had a lot of fun and I recommend Atomic Escape Rooms when in the Tri Cities area. Now we want to return to try the other room options soon!

With some customer service this wouldn't be such a big deal normally. The employee was laughing at our misfortune behind the desk, while my wife was extremely upset after looking forward to her mothers day present. They acted like we were lucky to get a refund which should the most basic. We had specifically called before to ask if we could bring our child and were told yes. We were connected to the owner of the business who lectured me for 15 minutes about how lucky I am again to even get a refund, how i could be scamming her by asking for them to correct their mistake and having zero customer service skills toward the situation. Could not have been more unprofessional or rude as a business owner.
