Bobby was so helpful in letting us know exactly what was needed and how it would be done. His quote made our work with the insurance adjuster a breeze. The scheduling of the work was thoughtfully planned so we did not need to be out of our home for longer than necessary. The work itself was amazing. They asked that we update our review, and we told them we would do so once we actually received the refund. The refund showed up today, so here we are updating the review as promised. That said, the company continued to be somewhat pushy after our original review, repeatedly asking us to change it. We understand that a negative review isn't helpful for their brand, but our original review was simply an honest summary of our experience. Ultimately, I personally would not recommend this company. After three attempts to schedule and complete the work, they contacted us at the exact time of the third rescheduled appointment to let us know they would not be coming. At that point, we went with another company that completed the job within 24 hours of us reaching out, and for a similar price. We're not going to say you should completely avoid this company, but we would recommend being cautious and having a backup plan in case things don't go as expected. We ask that the company stop contacting us regarding our review or expressing their dissatisfaction with it. Our review reflects our genuine experience, and we stand by what we shared. Unfortunately, once we signed up, the communication became very lackluster. We had to reschedule multiple times because they either canceled on us or were a no-show. Each time, there seemed to be another excuse. After several failed attempts to get the service completed, we informed them that we were going with another company. Despite this, they still have not refunded our deposit. At this point, we are considering taking legal action to recover the money we are owed.
